I simply wanted a clean and functional place to sleep the night, and it met my expectations. Certainly not high end but, again, delivered what I needed at a reasonable rate. My only complaint was that it was that the complimentary breakfast was extremely limited and terribly prepared.

Staff was very kind and personable, clean property and room with breakfast included Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt, muffins, danish, cereal and oatmeal along with juice and coffee.

The rate was very good, and the gentleman running the front desk was helpful, kind and understanding of our needs.
What we didn't care for was the odor in the room, and the fact that on hotwire, the link showed that roll away beds were available, when in fact the hotel does not have roll away beds This created a dilemma, since we were traveling with our 3 grandchildren, and we didn't have very good sleeping arrangements . Had we booked the room directly , we would have cancelled, but since it's such a hassle to cancel through these sites, we'll just stay

My family has stayed at this property for the past 10 years on our way to Florida, its convenient, great location. We were placed in a room close to the stairwell this stay and the door slammed all night long, so none of us were able to get much sleep. Not the property's fault, but something to make sure we avoid next stay.

Pros: Clean, quiet, inexpensive. One of the best showers I've had in a hotel.
Cons: Very noisy heating/AC unit.
The property shows a few signs of neglect: Treadmill not working, crack in the bathtub, etc. None really interfered with my stay.
I would stay again, especially given the price.

Check-in was good. I had to change rooms because it smelled like smoke. Staff was nice to give me another room. I reported the bathroom sink counter had a minor crack. Everything was cleaned but not modernize with USB.
