Great people, not so great rooms.

The bed was extremely small, there were stains on the sheets,& there was no cover. Although the kitchen is a plus, there was still an odor trapped in the room. Last but not least, there was no tissue. Despite these negatives, the staff was very pleasant, warm, and accommodating as possible.

It was convenient to where I had to be the next morning. There was no remote control to the TV. I asked for it, evidently their was not one they offered moving me to another room with a bigger bed. I stayed in the room, it was ok.

Super hotel for the price

This is a value hotel but it is really great value. The room had a full kitchen and desk. There was no daily maid service without an additional fee but I normally keep a Do Not Disturb sign on my door anyway so I didn't need maid service. I was super pleased with this hotel especially for the price. I enjoyed it just as much as a Ritz Carlton.

Pros: Virtually everything. I was extremely impressed
Clean, quiet and very nice. Full kitchen. No maid service with included price (maid service is an extra $10) but I don't need maid service.

Simple, clean

Commend staff who assisted with check-in and door lock. Lilly and Robert, were both very helpful working with a new system. They ensured that I was able to check-in without frustration. They provided professional service with smile and humor.
