Charming
This is such a charming hotel in a great location with terrific staff. I highly recommend it. There are a few areas that show some wear but the cozy charm makes up for that. The elevator is a little tricky though. So I wouldn’t recommend it for someone with mobility issues.

Wonderful hotel
Amazing hotel, one of the best we’ve stayed in. We were late to arrive but that was not a problem. We had the lodge suite which was very cosy. The fire and candles were lit upon our arrival. We were celebrating our daughters 18th birthday, she was given the executive suite which was spacious, with a beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was delivered to our room because of COVID restrictions, it was delivered on time with a good selection. We would certainly stay here again.

Bliss Boutique Hotel is an awesome small hotel in the heart of old town Breda. They have something like 9 rooms total but each room is unique and comfortable and QUIET! The staff is exceptional and you can tell they love working where they do. The breakfast each day is great and they will even cook eggs for you with or without bacon. The selections for breakfast were top notch as well.

Boutique Hotel in Central old town Breda
Small luxury boutique hotel with themed rooms. Can be noisy at the front on student nights due to bar opposite, but not too bad. Very central, practically in the central square (1 min) for restaurants and bars. Overall excellent

A super boutique hotel in the centre of Breda.
We booked this small hotel very last minute (we were already in Breda). It was a very good discovery, quiet, quirky and so comfortable. There was some confusion at check-in as it appeared closed and the check-out was laboured, but otherwise the place was excellent. Breakfast was very nice and we had it in the room. Would definitely return and recommend.

Best in Breda
Stayed 2 nights. Late arrival, however host at this city center hotel was welcoming and went out of her way to ensure great service. Beautiful rooms with a view and walking distance to great restaurants. Will only stay here each time I return.

A real "Yes" hotel. Nadia and Henry are wonderful host who take great pride in their hotel and bar. Near all the nightlife and some wonderful restaurants. Hands down the best hotel in Breda

Bravo for the Bliss in Breda!
This hotel experience was one of the best I have ever had. I called the hotel in advance to inquire about a concert ticket to the Chasse Theater in Breda. They emailed me the direct phone number to reserve a ticket, which I did, and it was waiting for me when I arrived. If you are looking for a more quiet pace outside of Amsterdam for less money and better service, come to this place. They also recommended the Gaucho Steakhouse around the corner. It was outstanding.

Great hotel in Breda
The staff are amazing. Anything you want, they go out of their way to give you what you want. The suite we had was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The gas fire in the seating area made the place feel like home from home and was really cosy. There were however some issues. On arrival, the heating system in our room wasn't working so the room was really cold. Also there is no heating system in our bathroom so this was even colder. Both issues were corrected by firstly rebooting the computerised heating system and then providing a free standing heater for the bathroom. The on site restaurant Chocolat was closed for refurbishment, so we weren't able to eat there as planned it would have been nice if we had been pre warned. The worst part was being woken by the builders at 8.00am and the noise was also right outside the breakfast area. As soon as we mentioned it to the owners they asked the workmen to stop. Finally, remember to wear your ear plugs. The bells from the nearby church ring every 15 minutes right through the night. As I said, the staff do put right all the things that you mention to them. They really do try to make your stay exceptional, but some of the issues shouldn't have happened in the first place. Having said all of this, if I ever return to Breda I think I would stay with his hotel again

Hotel Bliss never disappoints!
Great return visit to Hotel Bliss this week. Cold outside with a dusting of snow in Breda this morning, but the fireplace kept the room toasty... that's such a cool feature of the rooms this time of year. The staff went out of their way to serve me including some shopping advice. Kudos and I'll see you on a return visit for sure.

I've stayed in Breda dozens of times over the years and was aware of the Bliss hotel, but never stayed there. This trip the hotels I typically stay at were fully booked, so i gave the Bliss a try. The experience was excellent and I plan to stay there on future visits. The new proprietors offer a premier lodging experience in a great location.

The hotel is of good quality, however the difference in rooms is striking. My first visit made me think this was a luxury hotel, huge suite with Bedroom and Lounge area. This made my second visit a letdown as the room allocated was much smaller with no additional lounge area. Check room specifications fully before booking to ensure you know what you will get!

Exceptional hotel with the best location in Breda. The Classic Room is a classic. Just be careful with the hot water in the bathroom sink - piping hot and perfect for shaving. Very nice breakfast and the cook-to-order eggs and bacon were a bonus. Coffee, tea, bottled water and fruit (apple, pear, pineapple, and mango) in the room at no charge was a welcome surprise.

Wow - what a pleasant surprise. The hotel was gorgeous. The suites are incredible with a large living room, bathroom and bedroom. Noise proof considering its close location to the main square. Shops all around, same for restaurants and outdoor cafes. The breakfast was very nice and staff very helpful. When I return to Breda I will only stay at Hotel Bliss.

It was a very nice and convenient downtown location. If you love "city centres" near excellent dining options. Staff was outstanding. VERY pleasant, and eager to please. European style buffet breakfast was quite small, with only a few options, and of course, no "fried eggs". (but that's ok)- . IF the weather is good, AVOID the street side rooms unless you want to hear parties much of the night. The rooms, away from the street are very quiet. Very clean and service was excellent. I got for 120EUROs a night. DUTCH are quoted 300EUROS per night! THe hotel was VERY worth the 120Euros, but that is it. Prices in the U.S> for this hotel MAY be similar to the 120 range. Do not expect any amenities, clean comfortable room, free wifi and breakfast, desk, and location. Oh, also, the TV's were OLD--but I understand they will update them soon. If so, rooms would be totally up to date.

Great and Unique Romantic Hotel
Hotel staff were friendly and inviting. The 'wedding suite' we stayed in was amazing, I mean wine and a jacuzzi bath tub - what more could you ask for? Complimentary biscuits, bottle water and fruit in the room was a nice touch. We had our own balcony with a great view of the church light up at night and having your own cosy fireplace to snuggle up in front of was perfect for our anniversary getaway. Great location right in the center of Breda and breakfast was just what the doctor ordered after a night out on the town! Definitely would stay there again, but would chose a different suite as all the rooms are unique.

Lovely hotel, rooms were all different but very comfortable, all included lounge areas and good space. Recently had new carpets and all very clean.Service was superb, staff could not have done more for us. Beware room at from of the hotel, Thursday to Saturday. The very central location of the Hotel makes is noisy on the street at the weekends, but rooms at the rear of hotel were fine. Bed was amazingly comfortable and little extras included luxury breakfast served in your room, fruit, water and wine included too. I enjoyed the Champagne bar and very reasonably priced seafood in the 'Chocolate' Restaurant.
