“The place is a no-brainer. Really nice B&B with a great staff. Ray and Eva were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the trip. We had our two children with us (7 and 8) and there was plenty for them to do inside and out. It seems they thought of everything. We stayed in the upstairs adjoining rooms, which worked really well for a family of four. However, I'll note that there were a couple of other families in other rooms, so there may be other room options if the adjoining rooms are……

“Check-in for me was a challenge. As I booked through Expedia, the property did not provide me with any of the check-in information. Very stressful beginning but otherwise good place to stay.”

“Amanda was lovely: very helpful and she made such delicious breakfasts every morning fresh. The house is charming. It feels like it’s in the middle of the quaintest tiny villages but Hartford is under 30 minutes away and New Haven was an easy 45 minutes. The bed was comfortable and the room was huge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”
