Hotel was close to my job

Jacqui was real nice but I didn't like my room. My neighbors was to noisy. But Jacqui had accommodate me to another room where it was quiet. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone because of the thin walls. I like the Marroit in Livonia better. They have better rooms and it's quiet.

This Hotel I've been there before I love the setup rooms pretty clean matters little rough to sleep on this time I stay the night the tub had Samson hair in it and dirt stains if you can get past that the room was okay

Nice place to stay

Attending a concert in Royal Oak and the hotel was only a few km. from the event site. Check-in was easy and the desk clerk was very pleasant and accommodating. Will be back.

1st floor rooms way too loud from noise from 2nd floor rooms above!!!

Don't go there.

The hotel was not clean. The hallways could have been vacuumed more often. I had to clean my floor before I did anything. When I booked I asked for kitchenette so I could cook but when I got there, there was no cookware in room. I had to go to desk to ask about this and had to kind of argue with the desk clerk about this. She finally dug around and found a set. I know other people checked in and were expecting a fully equipped kitchen but was not given the supplies because they were out. Why advertise that you have fully equipped kitchens when you can't provide them? I worked in the hotel industry for 9 years and if our customers weren't happy with something we would try to make it right and if we couldn't we would at least give some discount, this place was not very accommodating or apologetic for their lack of service and put the blame on the website where I booked. Very Sketchy.

clean, quiet, helpful staff

Pros: I got onto I-75 in less that a minute in NE Detroit area!
That says it. Staff very helpful, room and site clean, well maintained. I forgot that all hotels don't have business centers (this one doesn't). Got a great sleep at a quiet site, in a comfortable bed. Good, individual heat/cool controls. Kitchen dishes/utensils in this extended stay hotel were delivered clean and wrapped. Convenient kitchen w/full sized 'frig.

Clean, affordable, all around a great stay!

The hotel was great! Affordable, clean, quiet and all of the employees were very personable as if you knew them. They were polite and very helpful. Hotel was quiet even though they were booked solid both nights. Kathy at the front desk was amazing and super nice! Enjoyed conversing with her! Definitely will be back for another stay!
