Kind of a homeless shelter

It seemed that about 1/2 the guests were temporary housing from some shelter. The "kitchen" had zero pots/pans/forks/corkscrew, nothing. They would sell you kits... The front desk was horrible, gabbing on the phone while there were 3 people waiting to check in. Definitely WOULD NEVER stay there again.

Overall room was clean...Bottom of bed (sham) was not put on properly...Where it was laying on the floor on one side... Also bathroom had a couple string's of hair in sink. Lastly, I was near a room where a dog was kept. Dog was barking for awhile off and on... Not good if someone is trying to get some rest.

I was somewhat surprised when I saw the rooms. I travel a lot for business and I like the space in the room and the closet. But, rooms need to include lamp on the beside table to include plug for phone plugs. Cabinets, stove and micowave were old and out dated. You should include a couple of plastic cups for client start so they can at least have a cup of water before they can get to a store if they are staying longer (some clients will only be there for a couple of days). Also there was a more above stove telling me to open a window if I was going to cook for venting. That is totally crazy. I should not have to open a window (What if it is winter). That is what electrical hood vents and exhausts are for. Stop being so cheap and put in the proper equipment. For the cost and equipment, I like Value Place better

Hotel was close to my job

Jacqui was real nice but I didn't like my room. My neighbors was to noisy. But Jacqui had accommodate me to another room where it was quiet. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone because of the thin walls. I like the Marroit in Livonia better. They have better rooms and it's quiet.

This Hotel I've been there before I love the setup rooms pretty clean matters little rough to sleep on this time I stay the night the tub had Samson hair in it and dirt stains if you can get past that the room was okay

Nice place to stay

Attending a concert in Royal Oak and the hotel was only a few km. from the event site. Check-in was easy and the desk clerk was very pleasant and accommodating. Will be back.
