There was a vehicle that kept following me around the parking lot. When I would move parking spaces, they would move parking spaces. My boyfriend and I decided not to even go to the room due to the event. It was really kind of scary. Not sure if they were looking for a car to break into or worse.

I wanted a place to spend the night, take a bath, get some work done. This isn't the place for it. If not for the service oriented young man in the front desk, this place would get 1 star just for being available and cheap. It's a partially renovated facility but the strong smell of smoke still lingers. The bathroom shows it's age and the the misuse it's been put under. Little attentions to detail would make this so much better, like having a chair in the room or a drain plug for the bathroom. I can overlook missed dirty spots around the bathtub or even the microwave. The toilet seat having urine dribble on the seat though?

I wouldn't recommend this place even if it was a last resort. The staff was very unpleasant, unprofessional and very rude. We had to move three times, the first room was disgusting, sheets on the floor, bed was slept in, bathroom was disgusting, the second room, the bed sheets had big yellow spots like someone peed in the bed, smelled like cigarettes so bad and the light and fan in the bathroom wasn't working. The last room was the worst, we found bed bugs under the mattress, (took videos and pictures of it). We couldn't get out of there fast enough. So no I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

Staff were amazing! Could be cleaner. Bedding was not up to par, as far as cleanliness, needs to be washed much more frequently. Also there were crumbs and seeds underneath the sheets. Additionally, it was extremely warm in the room, even without heat. It’s January & I had the air on the entire time. I think the heat was coming from the tv. Strange. Water pressure is low, so it took a while to run a bath, 30 minutes almost. Shower was fine though. Remote didn’t work or I couldn’t work it, idk, not a really big deal for me. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL, and they didn’t do anything out of the ordinary. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful, and understanding, which made the stay 5 stars! The people make the difference, every time. Happy new year and good fortune to you all. Thank you all for the warm hospitality. Also, put more bath towels in the room if possible. I made it work this time because I had my own towels, and I stayed 5 nights. Also maybe add rolling chairs/office chairs for the desk. Kinda tough on my back.
