Filthy

Stained furniture. Broken toilet. Sticky floors. No maintenance staff. Had to move rooms.

Dirty rooms!

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Remove the furniture and carpets and put new ones in. Close off the fireplaces. Get the cleaners to clean properly.
Location: It is stuck in the corner between two major highways. Very noisy.
The staff were welcoming and helpful. Once we got into our room the chairs were old and very dirty the handles on the kitchen cupboards were sticky and dirty, the carpet was old and filthy and there were large insects coming out of the open (without a door) fireplace! We cut our stay short and left the next day to go to a better hotel. Another of the rooms we went into was also filthy and old with streams of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling fans!!

We would have to agree with you that our hotel is in need of a renovation; that is exactly why come this December we will be starting our renovation on our guest rooms. I stayed overnight and really enjoyed myself from check in to check out, Close to several restaurants and a really good shopping mall.The room was very impressive,Nice quite discreet area two thumbs up.I slept great!!!!

Home Suite Home

After a long day, I was ready to hit the bed and the last thing I needed was complications checking in at a late evening hour. We had already paid for our room in advance through hotel.com specifically getting the penthouse so that my family and I could be together. Somehow an overbooking occurred and we got split up into 2 single rooms next to each other. Stacey apologized profusely and tried to make things right and got her manager involved as well. We were refunded our money and upgraded to a bi-level 2 bedroom suite and it was just what we needed the next night to be together. Meghan, the manager came to hand deliver the keys to this room and walked me through opening the door. The entire staff was always smiling and very friendly and asking if we needed anything. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety, and wasn't overwhelming. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and it felt like I was staying at someone's home. What I appreciated most was that the team there went above and beyond to make me and my family, the customers, happy. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nice Residence Inn located off of 75

Pros: Dog friendly
Location: Very close to Royal Oak and Troy with shopping and eating within walking or a short drive
Nice room with all the amenities of a full kitchen, granite countertops and a good bed. Very accommodating staff - a really good home away from home and allows pets!

Penthouse sleeps 6 and cute design

It was cute with the master bedroom up in a loft (so keep in mind no privacy) with a murphy double and a sofa double below. Also had a full kitchen. Temperature was a problem because it was cool down below but warm in the loft, a ceiling fan in the loft would help. Stairs would be super dangerous for small children, they seem steep. Plus the stair carpet has stripes going the long way which continue on the landing making it hard in low light to tell where the last step is. Different color rug at the base of the stairs would be safer. But over all for a family of 5 with teens it worked great.
