Dear Todd,We truly appreciate and apologize for the inconvenience caused by our none existent fan, we do have a ventilation system only that removes the air but i will mention this to our maintenance person and see if there is anything we can do for it to prevent a future problem.

The first room I had had a stench. They happily changed me to a different room. That room was great.

I felt the room I had was starting show its age, paint was peeling, wall paper was peeling. Shower faucet needed some work. Bed felt very hard even with a pillow top. Stayed in hotel a year ago and was much happier with room then. I mentioned my issues to hotel staff and was told the beds are all the same and they are due for renovation. My issues were dismissed like they weren’t important.

We were in town for a show at the Alliant Energey center, this hotel is walking distance away, Very convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful and the price was great. Highly recommend .

We liked the area except for the traffic. It was hard to get somewhere because of the hectic traffic. Our stay on the other hand was great!

Breakfast was a little on the poor side. Few choices of food is the issue. Overall our stay was very nice. Comfy beds. large room. Super quiet. Nice safe location. Enclosed pool and hot tub was very nice. Would stay again but would make other plans for breakfast.

Good place. Great location
Everything in our room was comfy and fine. The bathroom door, though, looked like it was taken from an abandoned house! Desperately needs a new paint job. Both door and frame Breakfast buffet surprisingly large. Coffee was a bit weak and no bold or dark roast available

Put into a tiny room not worth the price (the room does not match any "example rooms)on the website. The website says they offer airport shuttle, but DOES NOT say that it is available during limited hours. I do have to say that they were very helpful in helping me retrieve a lost key.

The location and the price were good. The bed was very comfortable. The property itself was run down. There was peeling paint and rust in the rooms. The room set up that I was in was awkward. There was no tea in the rooms. The only tea they offered was caffeinated. Please offer decaffinated and sugar free items.

Hotel was adequate. Bed was a full not queen as promised.. was also very soft mattress.. if you suffer from back issues that's all they got! We switched rooms to hopefully get a firm mattress. Also breakfast was fine nothing great.
