did not provide what was needed

we reserved a handicap accessible room with king bed. we got neither. the room we got was on the total opposite end of the building from the elevator on the top floor and the carpets made wheelchair rolling difficult. the room was very nice but didn't suit are needs. had to squeeze wheelchair down narrow hallway and between furniture. beds were small-no way to sleep two, but comfortable, room had three rooms: toilet-shower/sink-bed/living-dining; fridge, dishwasher, dishes. nice if it was an extended stay but useless for a quick one niter.
