Appreciated the quietness. We arrived early and wanted to do our sightseeing . the room was not ready, but they checked us in and held our luggage and it was in our room we we came back at 9p.p.m. Fantastic.

Chautauqua Arts Festival

The hotel was right by the highway so it was easy, fast access without the sound. Hotel staff was friendly except for some attitude displayed by the breakfast staff. Not sure if it was busier than usual or they just weren't prepared but when I kindly asked a staff member to please fill the hot water whenever they had a chance and that I was not in a hurry I got a nasty look and short remark. Other than this experience the stay and comfort overall was good.

Very nice hotel. My complaints were the indoor pool was not in use and they have an outrageous $25 pet fee.

OK For A Short Stay

Location: Location was good for the event we were attending.
The hotel was just OK for us. It was clean but very dated. Rooms had the bare minimums but nothing extra. OK to sleep in but that is about all I would ask for this motel. Staff did not know about area highway shutdown. We received some bade information from the desk clerk and had to drive about 30 miles out of our way.
