My room was switched from a King to a double though I'm not sure that is on the hotel as much as Expedia so I didn't take points off. The main reason I mention it is that the staff were very distracted by a handful of guests that were checking in for a wedding party and waiting on a shuttle. It took way longer to check in because of the room change and the constant distractions than it should have and while I don't care to much about pleasantries, some do, and they were halfhearted at best and completely disingenuous.
The beds where very firm which is not to my tastes, but the room was clean and overall fine for a one night stay.
