Great time, nice rooms, hot tube worked well. Had pizza at the front desk. $10 for a frozen pizza is a bit much, and they didn't have a cheese pizza. But besides that it was great.

Quality of hotel is misrepresented online.

Cons: Hallways and rooms smelled very bad.
Location: Not close to anything.
Not a good place for families. Hotel smelled of apparent drug use. The area felt unsafe as well.

we apologize on our behalf on your experience with us. we are currently remodeling the whole first floor maybe the materials we are using on our repairs may have caused a weird smell. and as to the security its completely safe we have a security guard patrolling the area every 15 mins back and forth with the casino and our parking lots. i hope your next stay with us is a better stay

Location: Very convenient to major highways
The pool and whirlpool are kept at the perfect temperature Hotel lobby is very attractive Breakfast buffet a delight

Pros: Nice, quiet location and staff was friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean
Cons: The facility needs to be updated. The rooms were nice, but the furniture was old and a little banged up.
Location: Harley Davidson shop right next door. Ten minutes from town with lots to do

Location: casino is 1/4 mile walk
Good free parking and staff was courteous and helpful.

My room was switched from a King to a double though I'm not sure that is on the hotel as much as Expedia so I didn't take points off. The main reason I mention it is that the staff were very distracted by a handful of guests that were checking in for a wedding party and waiting on a shuttle. It took way longer to check in because of the room change and the constant distractions than it should have and while I don't care to much about pleasantries, some do, and they were halfhearted at best and completely disingenuous. The beds where very firm which is not to my tastes, but the room was clean and overall fine for a one night stay.
