Bit of a hidden gem!

Posted Nov 24, 2016 on Hotels
Great place to stay if you want something close to everything the Madison area offers but want to avoid the noise and business of being downtown or on campus. Easy access to the Beltline/Hwy12 that will get you pretty much anywhere you need to go. Pool area is nice and there was a good selection at the free breakfast.

Nice, comfortable, clean hotel

Posted Nov 18, 2016 on Hotels
We loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, the furnishings were nice, the bed was comfy, and the location was great. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend this hotel to other guests. Keep up the great work!

Quiet heating/AC unit

Posted Nov 9, 2016
Pros: upscale enough not to be creepy or attract a "bad crowd", but low enough priced as to be reasonable
Cons: No restaurant nearby...or actually anything nearby..it is kind of isolated
Location: I attended a convention at the Monona Terrace Center. It was close enough to the hotel with a short drive
One of the annoying things about some hotels, even the "better ones", is the noisy air handling unit mounted in the window area...those permanently affixed units...they click on and off all night long, disturbing one's sleep. The Madison Sleep Inn DID NOT have an intrusive air unit It kept the temperature even and was unobtrusive.
