So, this is the first of 3 reviews for our stays. This is the first so I will try to let go of all of the negative and be more positive as the trip goes on. All staff has been extremely friendly and nice. Housekeeping is excellent!!! Bartenders Mo and Janelle are a joy and so friendly!! Front desk has been super sweet, but obviously don't listen or don't care in certain instances, so not sure what happened to mess up our reservations - not once, not twice, but 3 separate times. And another 1/2 mess-up. All was fixed, but it was not a complicated issue. It should not have taken so much time, so many times nor should any computer in 2024 be that slow. Elevators were a problem. Needing a key for the lobby bathroom was annoying. No food and beverage between 11am and 5pm. No room service. Will not allow Uber eats or any delivery to come to your door. You MUST wait on the ridiculously slow elevators to come down and get your food yourself. Had I know , I would have just walked to get food rather than pay delivery fees and a large tip. Poción is under the guise of "safety" but let's get real...if that was the case, have one of the hotel staff milling about bring it up. Again, this probably would not have annoyed me so much if we hadn't already had issues. They are generous with the bottled water - $30 worth a day for that resort fee....
