Nice hotel for the money

Difficult check in but due to Expedia "code" not valid. Hotel staff was very kind and hospitable while the problem was resolved with 3 different Expedia reps. Ice machine didn't work. And Expedia listed microwave in each room....not so. However one in lobby.

Pros: I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, very disappointed.
Cons: It could use an elevator and air freshner.
Bathtub was stopped up and room A/C smelled of urine.

The charges were incorrect by hotels.com and the hotel I was charged incorrectly by hotels.com and Days Inn. I am not a happy customer. Maybe never again.

They made me feel at home I went down to.see my boyfriend and took a friend and while I there they made her feel welcome. I will be staying there every time I go to central city...

Nice hotel near Parkway

Pros: Clean room, helpful staff
Cons: better breakfast
The staff was very helpful. When they first placed us in a smoking room, they immediately changed it to a non-smoking one. The room was clean and well cared for, as expected from a Days Inn. The only thing the hotel could improve on is their breakfast.
