Everything you a hotel stay!want in
The beds were great along with the assortment of pillows. Shower had great pressure and the frig was cold. Best of all was Susie in the breakfast area. She went way out of her way to make sure we had enough of everything, even refilling coffee cups and asking if we wanted a box to go. We've never experienced that kind of service along with breakfast. Check out was a breeze too.

Great location, and clean. The room rug was a bit worn and spotted with stains and the fr refrigerator was very loud at times otherwise it was a great stay.

Perfectly Delightful Stay, with 1 glitch
We had a lovely stay at this property. Comfortable room & beds, good pillows, good lighting, mostly clean room -- and an extraordinary breakfast experience. "Susie," who oversaw the breakfast room Sunday morning, could not have been more sweet and welcoming -- she even stopped by the table periodically to clean off used plates, etc, and ask if she could bring us anything! (We were a group of 4, then 6, then 8 adults in town for a 50th high school class reunion.) I have never experienced such a kind, sweet, helpful breakfast service at a self-serve establishment! One sad glitch -- when we checked into the room, we found "poop speckles" all over the inside of the toilet bowl. We let the front desk know about it when we came back from dinner in town, and it was cleaned after we took our showers the following morning. But we spent the night with stranger's poop clinging to the inside of the toilet. But I must say, the front desk apologized when I called their attention to it, and they did clean it the morning of our 2nd day there.

Clean room great staff.
We stayed overnight the staff were amazing really nice. The bed was so comfortable the room was clean. Breakfast was great the worker was really nice. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit that area.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The property was in good condition. But the entire hotel smelled. After checking in to our room, I returned to the front desk and asked to be moved. The room smelled awful, and the awful was covered up with some sort of "fresh scent." I knew I couldn't survive in that. The second room didn't have the foo-foo smell, but still smelled bad. Sort of like dog feet. Or stinky vacuum bag. Or something along those lines. The hotel had a distinct smell when we walked in the front door, too, similar to the room stink.

The location was very quiet. The parking lot could have used more lighting. The fabric on the box springs on our bed was stained and looked like they were beyond needing replacing. The sink basin in the bathroom was cracked in three directions nearly from one side to another and was darkly stained making it very noticeable. The room was very good sized and well appointed.

Staff was the only positive thing about our stay. Front desk and breakfast lady were awesome! Rooms were not cleaned well at all! Found hair in mutliple places as well as popcorn, and pepperoni. This was not the level of the Hampton experience I have had in the past. We will probably not stay here again. It's to bad. We would come back for the welcoming staff.

Was greeted by a condescending staff who tried to insist I booked a lesser room at a lesser cost but I showed them my record of it. Had to ask for manager to which the staff said they would"upgrade" my room when I was actually getting what I paid for. Then when I inquired about a cart he told me they were all gone, as in people took them...I replied all of them? They said yes. The next morning there was a cart in entrance. My bed sheets and pillows smelled of body odor and there was no little coffee pot in the coffee maker and for a nearly $200.00 room the mattress was awful like a cheap springs. Good note- breakfast was outstanding! They even had turkey sausage. The lady was very helpful and friendly. Very clean area as well. She took extra measures to assist me. If not for her and breakfast being really good, I would have given this hotel one star! For the price it wasn't worth it. I won't be staying there again and have not recommended it and won't. I have stayed at Hampton hotels in the recent past but this room and that staff person that checks people in was unacceptable, except for the breakfast now that...was great!

I am so sorry for the issues with your stay. I will be looking into this matter to see what happened and what the mix-up was. I will notify our staff and if additional training is needed we will make sure it is taken care of so this does not happen again.

Our room had a used washcloth hanging in our bathroom which was gross. When my husband mentioned it to front desk they apologized but didn't seem too concerned. If that was still in our room it makes me wonder what else wasn't cleaned or changed out? Also our toilet barely worked. It flushed so slow and took a long time to fill completely. I wouldn't stay here again.

Nice hotel and great breakfast. Omelets, red potatoes, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, and more. Safe area,large rooms. Higher priced than other hotels in the area, but very much worth it.

I booked a room with two double beds. Confirmed. I also notified the hotel of a late check in. When I got they I learned that ALL rooms with double beds had be taken. A king size bed was unacceptable and they could not help me so we went next door to the Holiday Inn.
