We come becuz of the lovely facility, comfy beds, swim pool, jacuzzi and breakfast. All fine, except: the pool is always too cold & the jacuzzi too hot. Staff in the reception area were too loud as we could hear them from our room. Otherwise, very quiet location.

We had a great stay here at crosskeys , room was nice and clean and very quiet , the staff are so helpful and polite , the only grumble was the breakfast was very cold even though we ate breakfast at 8 ( it states breakfast served until 9) and it wasn’t refilled with fresh items , we would definitely stay here again though and would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately there was very little water pressure for the shower! And no ice to fill up the ice bucket. Fridge was never turned on so couldn’t keep anything cold. Otherwise it was very nice and staff exceptionally helpful.

After a grueling drive during a snow storm we were happy to find a nice inn to stay in. The room was clean and spacious and the staff was accommodating. The free breakfast however was terrible. Be sure to lower your expectations as far that goes.

Pool was too cool & hot tub too warm. But both were usable. Our favorite place for a quick get away. You can always count on front desk staff to greet you, check in is fast, it’s nicely priced, whole motel is clean & VERY quiet, along with a great breakfast buffet! Beds are great & tub relaxing. Couldn’t ask for anything more……except the temps mentioned above.

Thank you for the feedback and review! We normally keep our Hot tub at 104 degrees and our swimming pool at 84 degrees. These are our set temperatures.

I really enjoyed the stay, staff was very nice and respectful! Breakfast there was great, loved the eggs, potatoes and sausage! Room was very nice, bed was comfy, only thing I suggest is thicker blankets, I love big blankets, wasn't enough for me!! Thank you!!!

I love staying at this facility - and often do so during my travels from California to Idaho. This time, there was a lot of frozen slush in parking lot - it was incredibly dangerous - I was afraid of falling and breaking a hip. The streets were clear in the town, but their parking lot was filled with ice. Second issue was that my window in the room did not lock. When I told the lady at the front desk, she was aware of this problem.

Super nice for being in madras! Had an event at lake billy so wasn’t there during the day. But it was soooo nice coming back after a long day of riding and getting in the hot tub. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t too bad either. The automatic pancake maker was cool. Would definitely stay here again.

The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. Of note, it was icy the two nights we stayed and the sidewalks and parking areas did not have de-icer put down, creating hazardous walking to/from your vehicle.

Everything is nice at this hotel. The rooms are clean. The staff is very nice. The pool and hot tub were nice. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the parking. There are very few parking spaces in front of the hotel. The additional parking lot is quite a distance. It is isolated and needs monitoring. Other than the parking, everything is very nice.

Good experience, overall.
The room was nice. Except for the heater heater that kept clicking on and off throughout the night keeping me awake. The person that checked us In was not real helpful or friendly at all Which I didn't appreciate much. Luckily I Didn't see him after check And the other staff were fine. They also have a pretty good breakfast bar in the morning Which was nice. Overall I was pretty satisfied
