I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was wonderful and attentive. The room was extremely clean and the spa facilities were very nice. Everyone I encountered was kind and went out of their way to help us feel welcome. I would stay here again.
Ecuadorian guy at the bar, very responsive at any request, he really showed his warmed friendliness. Restaurant guys: Amazing, always following up with you and very good food quality . Late room service: even though, there's not many options they did great. Spa treatment and massage very good. Jacuzzi ...
This is a lovely hotel, really clean and modern and very comfortable - from beds to pillows and a strong shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful, from reception, to concierge to those at the spa. The location is ideal for those looking to explore Madrid - it's right at the end of the main ...
We stayed here for only 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was exceptional from the minute we pulled up in our rental car. They came running, grabbed our bags, and then helped us parked out car in the underground parkade (which was very close and easy to access). Check in was ...
We had a junior suite on the 4th floor. It was a stunning room with views over the city. The staff were great and the spa is also wonderful, The location is great (everything is in walking distance). One to check out if visiting Madrid.
We stayed here for a long weekend. The rooftop bar is great and worth a visit for the scene and the views.Rooms are on the small side - we were upgraded to a larger room (through Expedia VIP) and that was still pretty tiny. The bathroom has a sliding door and is directly next to the bed so offers ...
The lamp and the charger port didn't work in the premium room . A receptionist called raul was rude and thought he was something. The manager was very nice and the cleaner was absolutely lovely . The spa is very small however they took bookings so it was quite private. Good position for the shops ...
I recently spent the weekend in Madrid and this hotel made an excellent base to see the sights. Its central location meant we could walk to most places and the staff were very helpful in making recommendation for restaurants etc the hotel is mainly a business hotel so there are not really any public ...
This is a luxury hotel with impeccable service and great room quality. The location is superb -- just a couple of blocks from the Prado Museum and very close to Thyssen. You cannot do better in Madrid, or anywhere else for that matter.
Hotel states it has swimming pool but absolutely impossible to use due to non-stop pre-booked "classes" all day until late in evening. Also, jacuzzi permanently out of operation. The whole gym/sports facility situated in hotel basement not owned by hotel but by outside third party. I only stayed ...
The room needed updates. For the price I expected more and I was surprised to learn that it cost an extra 20 euros per day to use the pool (pictured as part of the hotel) because it's inside the hotel "spa".
Settled Down Easily and Quickly. Took us some time to grab a parking in the street (Paid parkings available nearby also). Overall, not bad and is recommended.
I stayed in the duplex unit that has two levels. The upper level is the kitchen and living area. The lower level is the bedroom and bathroom. Both levels have TVs, plenty of lighting, and heat. There is a washing machine, cleaning supplies, cooking supplies, and nice furniture. All communication ...
This is a lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was clean and very comfortable and the shower was fantastic. You can easily walk to all the major sites from this hotel and there are lots of places nearby for food and drink throughout the day and night. ...
We were very pleased with our apartment on the 6th floor which had a large private terrace and was well equipped. Room service is not offered daily but this was not an issue as we had a washer/dryer so could wash towels. Had small cleaning pack and basic toiletries on arrival but there are some additional ...
This is easily one of the top 5 hotels I have stayed in. Staff super friendly and always checking in the see if I needed anything. Room was spacious, clean and very very comfortable.
