Great stay near Atocha train station

Posted Jul 19, 2017
Pros: Clean, modern, friendly staff
Location: Atocha station is 2 blocks away
The staff was really helpful. We were able to check in right away (instead of wait for the check in time) which was great. Anything that we needed or had questions, the staff was able to fulfill.

Nice hotel close by to the casco viejo- Centro

Posted Jul 10, 2017
Yo can walk to the centro(downtown) in 20 min or you have metro station Atocha or Palos de la Frontera and bus stop (bus 19) very close by. Hotel has not parking lot and they have a discounted price (€15) per day at a near by garage 2 blocks away. Rooms has not coffe maker. Breakfast st the hotel is a little expensive. Caffe shops and restaurants around the hotel offer a simple breakfast for about 5 euros. People close shops around 2 pm and reopen at 5 until 10. Dinner is late, after 10pm. You can walk safely until midnight. Good restaurant El sobrino del Botín" near plaza Mayor. Paella de arroz negro or any paella are worth it to eat.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I also liked the location as it was on a quiet street but not far from Atocha station.

Helpful desk staff Nice room, on the small side, but large modern bathroom. Close to El Prado, the royal botanic gardens, el Retiro. For our 2 night stay it was perfect.

Great location but the staff was fantastic. We ate dinner there one night and food was excellent. Would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Nice hotel, good location

Posted Jul 3, 2017
Hotel staff was fantastic. Friendly and informative and spoke English well (if you don't speak Spanish). Nice location. Only drawback was the walls are paper thin. If you can avoid staying in a room near the housekeeping closets, do it. Note, these were just labeled as "office" Gym is small but nice - 2 bikes, 1 treadmill, set of dumbbells and a bench.
