Buena ubicación

Esperaría una mejor infraestructura para un hotel 4 estrellas, yo le daría 3. El personal es amable y la ubicación es buena, sobretodo si quieres hacer conexión con el servicio de trenes.

Fue muy agradable las habitacines son grandes y los alimentos muy buenos. Hay muchas cosas alrededor y está muy cerca del metro atocha

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut. Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel. Leider unfreundlicher Check in. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und laut.

Pros: Very modern, quiet, clean, and awesome bathroom.
Cons: Sheets on the bed were a little rough
AC Hotel Carlton was a very nice hotel. We would stay there again.

Good location, but hotel missed basics.

Great location for cultural venues. The hotel was clean and in good repair. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, but missed essentials such as tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was not the usual marriott type and a little uncomfortable; that said I slept like a log!

Nice hotel , close to train station

Very good service, liked also the breakfast. It is very close to the train station of Puerta de Atocha. Also great location from other sites, like Parque del Retrio

Great convenient location

Pros: Location
Cons: Because it is reserved and paid through Expedia, the staff will tell you that no points form Marriot hotel loyal program could be earned. That is bad.
Location: Subway station at walking distance, and a couple of cafes around.
This is business class hotel, cannot ask for much. It is what it is. Friendly and helpful staff and the room is comfortable but small and tight.

Hotel close to Reina Sofia Museum

Pros: Clean comfortable room and bathroom, a nice lobby, nice lifts and competent and pleasing staff. Also power outlets where needed.
Cons: Parking facilities. Either improve them or tell the truth about its shortcomings. Restaurant.
Location: Reina Sofia Museum and the modest railroad museum.
On the good side clean comfortable room and bathroom, a nice lobby, nice lifts and competent and pleasing staff. Also power outlets where needed. On the bad side a very small room, a poor restaurant and a far away parking (almost two blocks, third-party, needing advance notice to collect car). Except for the Reina Sofia Museum, almost anything else requires a taxi ride.

Location: Take care on some neighbouring streets and note there are sex workers operating in the area albeit I guess this happens close to any city centre
The hotel is fine and close to Atocha station but parts of the surrounding area would not be ideal for all especially those with families.
