Nice standard business hotel but plan on having to drive or taxi —not easy to walk anywhere. Parking on the street out front was easy. Reasonable drive or Uber into central Madrid or airport. I didn’t use bus or train but assume it too is reasonable. Expansive shopping area.

It is far away from downtown but it is very nice and 15 min away from airport. Breakfast is expensive and doesn't offer much variety, and parking is not free. Beds are comfortable and it has a nice restroom.

Excellent Hotel with very clean rooms, and without smell. Very quiet and clean. Very nice and friendly staff. Just a little far from the bus station. Overall is Excellent.

Beautiful new hotel, loved the atmosphere, the smell, check in was fast and she was very kind and helpful. Very convenient, since it is near the airport. Park in front of the hotel no problem! Really worth the price! Will stay here again!

A comfortable hotel for a business trip in the outskirts of Madrid. Modern, clean, silent and at a reasonable price. Good quality breakfast (not tons of choice but good enough and good quality) and very nice food at the restaurant (open until 11PM). I will certainly repeat.

A credit to it's cleaning staff. My room was immaculate as well as the corridors and lobby areas which were also clean and tidy. I parked on the street right outside the hotel with no problems. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff were kind and polite. Breakfast has a good range of different things but at 14.30e it's expensive. I'd definately stay again.

Great hotel. No where near downtown Madrid but plenty of shopping options with two malls right next door. Friendly staff. Only issue was the room smelled like someone just finished a pack of cigs in it. The positive? The window opened and we were able to air out the room.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is clean, modern we found the room to be very well appointed. My only negative comment is that we found the queen sized bed to be somewhat narrower than what we're used to in north america. Parking was a breeze with plenty of options directly in front or across the street. Staff were excellent in every regard. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

hotel is amazing, but had a problem with the toilet, when flushing the water it was making a crazy noise. anyway, really good hotel for one night, clean and new.

Very modern well appointed rooms, little extra touches were appreciated. A welcome fruit platter on arrival was another bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend.

Hotel itself Ian pretty good- big answer confortable and offer good few bathroom items. Gym is terrible and the breakfast could be improved massively. Also the hotel could try and work on improve the atmosphere it’s boring and uninvinting

I would stay here again
Checking in was very fast and the receptionist was welcoming. The room was a double which I found quite spacious and clean . The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning and WiFi both worked with no problems. The hotel location was in walking distance to a big shopping center, with various places to eat. I checked out early so I did not have the breakfast. I would go back to this hotel .

Location is only good if you are looking to buy a sofa. No restaurants or anything to do in the area. The hotel needs improved maintenance. The front desk staff is very nice.
