Loved the room, loved the shower. Couldn’t get the TV to work. Staff was fine. Outside, there’s a plethora of people sleeping under blankets, in boxes, etc. I, a solo traveling female, arrived at night and it was quite unsettling. But overall, loved my stay.

We like it because we went into Madrid for an early flight back home the next day. This facility, 22 small rooms (w full bath and desk/closet area) is literally at Barajas airport. This way we avoided the cab drive early morning and all we did was shower wand walk upstairs to our gate. We stayed in similar hotel in Japan and that was impeccable, like a four star hotel with bathrobes and slippers. This was pared down but very clean and convenient. They even have room service and a cafe. For convenience this is the place.

This is a good place to stay if you have an early flight the next day. It was clean and convenient. Very difficult to find but airport staff can help. I don’t think the staff realized how much their conversations (with each other) could be heard by people in their rooms. Having a bedroom door and closing it was very helpful. It would be nice if in room coffee was available (small eating area had coffee for purchase but was not open before 7:30) and a drinking glass would also be helpful. The bottle of water given at check in was appreciated.

If you are flying in and out of terminal 4 it works well. It is not “nice” but clean and comfortable enough. If I have another land at 24:00 and leave at 06:30 I would use it again. If you have the time to drive, stay at a real hotel.

Perfect for overnight layover. I arrived at 11.30pm. Easy check-in with friendly receptionist. I had forgotten my toothbrush and she gave me one with a smile. TV worked. Comfy bed. Great night sleep. Nice hot shower. Left before 9am feeling refreshed.No complaints from me!

It needs an upgrade and paint job. Carpet was stained and filthy. It is in terminal 4. Why not have another one in 2 as well. Traveling from 4 to other terminals is a hike.
