This is a great place to stay if you want to avoid morning shuttles or taxi rides to get to your gate on time. This hotel is right in the airport. Directly across from Budget/Avis car rental return. No windows, but quiet enough and the rooms are clean and spacious enough (executive room). Staff was great!

Staying here is so convenient for early flights out of Madrid. It takes a lot of stress out of arriving at the airport three hours early for international flights. Just wake up and you are already there! One improvement that I would suggest is more signs or clear directions for how to get there. It is quite hidden down among the car rental places. We had to ask an employee at Enterprise how to find it.

If you know what you’re getting-it’s actually perfect. I had an 8-hour transit that turned into a 6-hours due to a delayed flight. The person at the reception desk was super nice about it despite my late arrival after midnight . The location was perfect for me. But you should know that: (1) the room does not have windows since it’s on the B1 floor and will feel like a prison cell—don’t ask me how I know what a prison cell looks like, (2) the synthetic cold floor doesn’t help—they should buy some rugs, and finally bring your own shampoo, body wash and lotions—theirs will certainly disappoint you.

The Hotel is located inside Terminal 4 itself, so it allows a direct connection to the boarding area just a few meters from our location. As we are inside the terminal, we chose to build a hotel with interior lighting also to try to isolate it as much as possible from external noise, that is the main goal during the stay. The hotel is inside Madrid airport Terminal 4. The room was very clean and is ideal for taking flights early in the morning. We highly recommend.

This was an easy access room -- convenient and clean. Just a bit more expensive than I think the room deserved or for the amount of time that I needed it. Really appreciated the bottle of water when I checked in.

The stay itself was fine, The problem was, that by going through Expedia, it wound up costing extra money. Expedia did not transmit my card number to the hotel correctly, so the hotel could not process a charge. When I tried to send the proper card number to the hotel through Expedia, Expedia would not transmit the card number. The hotel told me to call Expedia directly, which I did, and Expedia told me that they could not send the proper card number to the hotel, and that all they could do would be to cancel the reservation then have me rebook. When I rebooked, the price was higher.

Anyone with negative reviews on the property is way too pretentious to be staying at an airport terminal hotel. The bathroom and room size were comparable to the 4 star hotel in Casablanca Morocco that I was transiting from! The breakfast area can get a little noisy in the morning, BUT there is a second door in the room to close for added quietness. Check in at 10pm was a breeze, and staff during breakfast was very nice. Only advice, book in advance like I did. Apparently they sell out almost nightly, and there are several travelers in the area, outside the hotel, sleeping on the floor who did not book accommodations. Staff also helped with instructions on how/where to take the Airport Express bus into town to make the most of the layover. Hotel was a little hard to find but airport staff helped. It’s located past security, on the first floor between the escalators, in the car rental area. Very happy with my stay.

It's an excellent location if you have an early morning flight. It's definitely a benefit to not have to deal with traffic. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.

We had a overnight layover in Madrid, this provided a bed, hot shower, Wi-Fi and breakfast and we didn’t have to leave the airport. It was perfect for our needs.

The property is conveniently located inside the airport, so it was a plus for us since our flight was leaving really early and we did not want to deal with the traffic so early. The only thing bad I would say about the property is that the shower was not cleaned enough, had some mold. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We liked the convenience of being so close to our terminal, since we had a flight that left at 6:10 AM. The only negative comment I have is that the shower leaked on the bathroom floor when we took a shower.

Very basic and adequate quarters. It is in terminal 4. The simplest way to find it is to go to the car rental counters at T4, and then walk away in the opposite direction from that area, keeping to the outside wall—you will come to the hotel & it is labeled “HelloSky”. This is all about LOCATION—staying at the airport for the next day flight.

Impossible to find hotel wasted an hour looking for it. The map provided was useless the information centre was closed none of the taxi drivers knew where it was. The staff were helpful when we original found it but the man on reception wrote down my card details and i was unable to retrieve them on departure so if i find fraud on my account i know exactly the source of it. The hotel is good for spending the night, very conveniently located for travelers with convections but expensive for what it is. However I found terrible that there are homeless people sleeping in the floor around the hotel entrance. The smell in the area is terrible.
