Nice and clean place. Check process was smooth and the staff was so friendly. Only little issue was the WiFi from our room was not great. It wouldn’t work in bedroom but main area it was fine.

Good hotel but major communication flaws if needed
This is hard to evaluate. The positive - convenient location for me, clean, spacious, all the necessary equipment. The not so great - which is not the necessarily the fault of the hotel - there was a party from other guests until 2 in the morning. It shouldn't be up to other guests to remind others about quiet hours and how to behave in hotels. This is accelerate by the shockingly bad automated check-in experience - no person, just a computer and the stepped process was not clear and faulty. No person to ask question and if you have multiple people checking in it takes ages. Furthermore, you only have a phone number to call when you have problems with other guests. In my case they triggered a fire alarm and had a party. This could easily be avoided with having staff on site. I don't like to give this hotel a bad review as it is a good place to stay. But this lack of personal and noise is a downer.

This property was really good. It has a really easy check in process and the staff are very friendly and was very understanding of us barely knowing English. I wish I could stay longer and I know the next time I stay in Madrid, it will be at this apartment hotel again. Very close to the nearest metro station and very close convenience stores that stay open late. Be prepared to buy your own seasonings and food but very spacious and very accommodating! 10/10

Cancelled my reservation and charged me double
The apartment was very spacious but still laid out very strangely. If you have the closet door open near the bathroom you can't open and close the hallway door. Not a big deal just really stupid. I found myself shaking me head at a lot of the ways the hotel is setup. I went to bed the first night and I looked down and saw several peanuts lying on the ground. Luckily I'm not allergic. The bathrooms were mostly clean but it looked like the only toiletterie was the automatic soap dispenser and the wrapped bar of handsoap. I eventually found a sponge looking thing wrapped the same way the handsoap was but it was laying in a random closet. The bidet did NOT look clean and I was appalled that they would leave something like that unclean. I took a tissue to see if it was a stain or rust and immediately regretted my decision. Repulsive. The worst part, and the reason I am even leaving a review, is because I made two bookings; I accidentally made a booking for one night instead of three. Hotels.com just told me to book two more nights and let the hotel know. Cool. They decided to cancel the second reservation completely but still respected the first booking. However they increased the room rates. I ended up being charged double the price for the 2nd and 3rd night even though I booked in advance. What a sleazy place.

Great staff and walking distance to Real Madrid
Helpful staff made the stay good. The rooms are a small apartment. I stayed here because it is walking distance to Real Madrid soccer games.

Fantastic place
The location was perfect, and the staff was more than helpful, and friendly. The room was very clean, and spacious. The location was excellent, a 5 minute walk to a Metro station. The neighborhood was quiet, with 3 grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again. Highly recommend the Aparthotel G3 Galeón!

Just what we expected
This place was perfect for what we wanted, its close to Madrid stadium, close uber to the center, also public transportation. We saw the police every day, but that means its safe. Cleanliness was just fine, bathrooms could have been cleaner.

Great staff
The staff are brilliant, very helpful, couldn't ask for better. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have a living area and kitchenette and seperate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen has all the basic essentials needed.

Nice clean place but in need of some uplift. It looks like it hasn’t been repaired/TLCd for longtime. Underground car park is low lit, needs a bit makeup there too. Overall it’s clean and cheap place to stay.

Great hotel wonderful location
We booked this hotel for the 4 of us. 2 adults and 2 kids The room was very clean although it's a bit old. The staff was very kind and nice. Location is excellent, near the metro and 15min walk from the bernabeu.

I usually stay at Galeon. It is a great area for shopping. I enjoy having a kitchenette while traveling, even if do not use it all the time. People there are friendly and helpful.

Great staff and close to stores and transportation
I have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years. The staff is helpful and friendly and the apartment style is great for longer stays. It is a little away from the heavy tourist areas, but with easy access to all Madrid by bus or metro. A great, reasonably priced hotel.

Does the job, just about.
Booked this as we wanted the flexibility of being able to do basic self-catering, breakfasts for kids etc. As per the title it did the job, it was basic but functional. As with everything you get what you pay for this was €338 for four nights for a family of four. Plus points: * Clean and cleaned daily. * Quiet & safe. * Located close to main metro line to the city centre. Against: - Heating and air conditioning system, would not want to stay in summer heat or winter cold temperatures. - Very basic standard of furnishings. - Open cable junction box in bathroom and other choice electrical fittings. - Very basic beds. - No provision for washing up i.e. no liquid, cloth or tea towel. - Chipped and cracked crockery. - Noisy fridge - Not much locally in way of eating establishments. Average area.

You are right that, for reasons of hygiene, we do not leave utensils for cleaning the kitchen, so that they cannot be mistakenly passed dirty from one customer to another, however, if in the future you decide to visit us again, do not hesitate to ask us at reception, and we will gladly provide them. With regard to the heating / air conditioning system, we have checked-it and it is working properly, but it is already set to "heating"mode, since we are in October and the temperatures drop at night, that is why you can´t longer make use of the air conditioning, we regret if this has been an inconvenience for you. Great price, great hotel
Great experience. Staff was very friendly, they wait for us since our check in was at midnight, The room was very clean, has a lot of space, kitchen, mini fridge (very usefull)... Overall we recomend the hotel, no doubts about it. Talking about the location, it as good... Puerta de Alcala and Gran Via are 30 minutes walking from the hotel... Very average, good location. In general, if u dont mind either walk 30 minutes to the city or pay a taxi, best choise is this hotel.

Great price , good location if going to game
Everything is within walking distance in this neighborhood, coffe,food,groceries. Metro is 3 minutes from front door, taxis from airport only 30 euro

Efficient, convenient, near metro stop, good staff
We stayed four nights. It was a challenge to find the location on a side street. Reception desk help was great. Management does accept pets. We had an instance of a barking dog on upper floor. Parking garage in the basement would have been very convenient if we'd needed it. Didn't visit 4th floor, but was told that they have there a casual area with ice machine, vending machines, work-out machines, and breakfast buffet area. (Breakfast costs extra).

Great apartment, enjoyed my stay
My room was clean, the twin bed was comfortable and I was pleased with the size of the apartment. I wasn't pleased that there was no cleaning equipment in the kitchen, not even a cloth to clean the dishes. The shower pressure was good, bit fiddly getting the temperature right. The hotel was in a quiet area but plenty of shops close by, partially loved Lidl bring a 5 minute walk north on the main road! The metro and bus stops are close by which was very handy. The staff are all very friendly and understand English, which is great because my Spanish is limited. Don't plan to use the gym tho, I wanted to but it only contained a step machine, stationary bike and weight machine. The weight machine can do pull downs and flys but there is limited space in the room and it was far too warm for comfort. Overall, great apartment and I enjoyed my stay but there are improvements that could make it amazing. If I ever go back to Madrid, I would happily stay here again

I liked this aparthotel even if its not in the city center but its close to tituan metro station which links you directly to the sol and gran via (center of madrid) the staff is very helpfull and the are is very calm with good restaurents nearby and most importantly to football lovers , you can go walking to the santiago bernabeu

cleaning staff should be consistent
Stay was good. Improvement could be made with television and free "safe" keeping. Use of safe, should be free, because it does not cost anything to safe keep ones, "valuables", passports, driver's license, other important items.
