Good and bad
The hotel, room, and breakfast were very good. But the advertised free shuttle from the airport was a disaster as it took nearly an hour and half for the bus to show up even after multiple calls to the hotel front desk who kept saying it will be there in 5 minutes. It was raining and 4 degrees outside. Then, the guy at the front desk wanted to charge me again for the rook when I had already paid in advance. Either offer shuttle service that can provide service to guests or just don't offer it. Need to train the front desk staff better.

Nice hotel for the price. Restaurant was excellent. Great service and food was delicious. Hotel in walking distance to mall, Aldi’s. Very happy with our stay.

Convenient to the airport with nice shuttle service back and forth. Outdoor patio to enjoy a cocktail. Check in was easy. The building and room were clean. A bonus was the on-site restaurant with good food and attentive wait staff. Can Uber into town.

Entirely adequate for a one-night stand between flights. Free shuttle to and from airport was a deciding factor. Room was large, modern, and completely without character. The same could be said for the staff, who seldom cracked a smile. Decent breakfast buffet, but be aware that this hotel is frequented by large bus tours, so at times the breakfast area resembles feeding time at the zoo. Allow for that when scheduling your return trip to the airport. Otherwise, no issues and fair value.

Terrible experience. The room had super strong tobacco smell. Customer service was really the worst I’ve ever seen in Spain. The counter staff was unnecessarily rude on their tone. A smile or nice gesture would be a MIRACLE. They messed up the check in and said I had no booking. After all the drama they found it but charged me 15 dollars more than the rate advertised on Expedia. I knew and showed them the pay-at-hotel rate but still got charged extra. I was so tired to look for another hotel. The rooms didn’t not have WATER BOTTLES, not even available for purchase… anywhere in the entire hotel you could find water bottles. Forget about tea or coffee. Just sodas. If you are nervous about tap water when traveling do NOT stay here. No soap was provided. The only good thing is the free shuttle to the airport which by the way it was 18 mins late, not big deal but that was the cherry on the cake. NEVER again

Importantly, they had no idea about Expedia Gold membership and the perks that were supposed to be included so they asked us to email the page / screenshot to the manager. (We never received a reply and stayed only 1 night.) The room walls are dirty, clean towels smelled of vinegar and there was a single hand soap (no vanity kits or any bathroom amenities). 4-star classification and 8-sth rating are overrated for this property. Other issues: upon our arrival there seemed to be a lot of tension with the staff (e.g., rude to the incoming guests that did not speak the language). Also, when it was our turn, the receptionist was unpleasant when I asked her questions about our stay (for our upgrade and breakfast that was supposed part of our Gold Membership perks) and help to take our luggages to the room because our 3-year old was sleeping. The receptionist then proceeded to tell us that we can take up any issues with the manager in the morning. Would not stay there again unless another long layover and all the other properties around the hotel were booked.
