Very convenient location. Lots of restaurants and small grocery stores. Walkable. Near Grand via. City feel and old town feel you can feel both. Backside of the building is quieter than front side of the building.

The apartment was everything I had hoped for ... and more! Clean, well furnished and ready, a feel of real security in building and in neighborhood, a pleasant and attentive staff who seemed to care for their guests in many ways (like a Concierge), and convenient to main areas (Gothic Centre, Metro stations, shopping and dining and markets)
