This is a nice hotell and the reception staff is very friendly and helpful. However my door lock did not work and I had to be accompanied to my room every time I needed to get inn. The breakfast was well above average, but the food served for dinner was dismal (and the waitress was impatient and callous). Location wise it not ideal wrt restaurants and shops. Train station is nearby.

Floor around toilet filthy with urine drops not touched by cleaner. No food available on the evening and told no breakfast available. However when we got up to leave some people were enjoying breakfast. Poor show and will not return.

The rooms have a door in between connecting the adjacent rooms. You could hear the occupants clearly. Bathroom in worst state having no shower curtain or chamber. Just an open shower which spalshes the water in whole bathroom. The toilet is placed right next to bathroom heater. So if you are not careful then you are bound to get burnt as its only an inch away. Toiletries are worthless. Laundry is as costly as other hotels but delivered next day. Location is absolute disaster as there is nothing around. My room had a trouble when the lock didnt open I had to sleep in a different room while all my stuff was in other room.

All hotel staff were friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. I found the bed and sofa in my room to be firmer than I prefer, but were acceptable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful! Dinners in the hotel's restaurant were quiet, and the food was good. A modestly priced health club for daily exercise was very close by in lieu of a facility within the hotel.

What a shame, drastically understaffed
Wait in the bar to be served over 20 minutes so leave without spending any money! Breakfast staff so busy they didn’t get chance to fill up the serving dishes so you wait and wait then go without!

From the moment I arrived I wanted my $ back an they denied it, I cancelled other reservations I has in 3 different cities where my family and I were going on our road trip in Spain, for the reason that a group of our family members were staying here and so we could be together. Worst mistake ever!! The AC and mini fridge weren't working it was smelly & hot !! As we were preparing for a night out No iron to be found for our clothes. So my husband went to the front desk with all the complaints and they said that we need it to wait for the following day that at moment there's was nothing they could do and that they ran out of irons! After a while a guy showed up at our rooms saying he found 1!! The mattress and pillows were cheap and horrible!! The breakfast buffet was horrible all I would eat was sandwiches & the coffee machine was joke nothing worked!! I tried making a Cappuccino and everything started splatting everywhere the cup got drips of coffee all around and the cup would have gotten fuller by an espresso coffee because barely anything came out!! We would sit at the bigger tables since we were a big family group and out of 8 cups all or 7 would be dirty as well as the coffee cups!! It was literally like those family vacation movies where everything is just plain wrong about the Hotel!! I could keep on & on,.. Frustrating doesn't explain enough my experience at this hotel and worst knowing that for what we paid we could have stayed at a much higher scale hotel 0 blanket

Great hotel
Booked hotel for our visit to Madrid. Although the area hasn't got much to offer there is a train station within a short walk which transported us into Madrid centre. a short drive away is a designer outlet shopping village, across form it is a residential area that had a lot of bars and restaurants, eating at a Mexican restaurant food was excellent. We also ate at a small bar not far from the hotel which sold pizzas - the bar didn't look up-to much but the service and food was excellent. The hotel was good, room clean and comfortable, staff friendly & helpful.

A good hotel.
The hotel was eay to fjnd. Check in was quick and easy. Juan was polite and welcoming. The room was big clean and bright. The beds were great. The continental beakfast was good. If I was to stay here again I would ask for a room at the back of the hotel as the lorry emptying the bins on the road outside our window at 2am didn't help my sleep! The surrounding area isn't great. As the hotel bar/ restaurant was closed when we arrived in afternoon, we had to walk a distance to use a foot bridge to get across the motorway to Las Matas 'village'.. there were very few places open there too.

Easy access, superb spacious parking garage. Walk to train station to go into Madrid in 20 minutes. Great breakfast & room service. Superb value. After traveling in Europe for 5 weeks, one of the best values I've encountered.

Off the freeway and not close to the city. Uncomfortable beds and no blankets or a comforter just a sheet. Cheap for a reason. A strange pipe coming out of the walk. Noises all night from above & outside. We left after one day. Do not stay here.

The hotel is close to the A6, One of the blind was not working, the room had two beds and one studio, but the beds were not comfortable. We only used one room. It has not coffee or tea maker, no iron too. You need you car to go anywhere. one night is ok.

Suite type hotel near hwy and rail station.
Beautiful marbled spacious hotel 30 minutes from downtown Madrid by train or auto. Very spacious suites with sitting room and marble flooring. Breakfast good and reasonable. Dinner less desirable and expensive. We had bad experience with someone in next moving furniture on marble floors in the middle of the night.
