Excellent hotel

Pros: Concierge/reception staff always friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Perfect location for metro and buses to get you to sights.
From moment of arrivIng at hotel to leaving could find nothing to fault. Deluxe room was spacious, facilities great and staff couldn't be more helpful.

Great stay, great pillows.

Location: Metro stop, bus stop and Hop on-Hop off bus practically at front door. Natural History Museum just across the street.
Convenient location. Attentive staff. Comfortable rooms with most comfortable pillows I've seen at a hotel.

Nothing special hotel well located

Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms need refurbishment
The Hesperia Hotel is an OK hotel to spend a few days in madrid. I recommend this hotel if you get a good fare. Otherwise don’t spend too much money on it and look for other options. Location is quite good. Rooms are a bit outdated and a bit small.

Great location for a city break

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Located close to metro which means whole city is accessible. The service was exceptional. Rooms a good size and immaculately clean with everything you need.

nice hotel

Pros: it is closed to everything you want to see.
Cons: nothing
Location: stadium, shopping centers, metro, the cathedral and lots of beautiful places.
nice hotel close to everywhere you want to go friendly staff the best cleaning rooms I traveled to different countries but this hotel have the best cleaning rooms and the best staff so next time I'll to Madrid that will be my hotel.

HESPERIA MADRID keeps the good standars of the five stars hotel. If Santceloni is one of the top best restaurants in Madrid.LA MANZANA the other restaurant at the hotel is a very good opcion. LA MANZANA serves a very good breakfast ( until 11am) lunch and dinners for a very reasonably price.For 2017 has an interesting program of dinners. Customer Service is top priorities in HESPERIA MADRID every employee is ready to serve. Back and back again..This is my second home.

Excellent service

Great staff, exceptional service, great breakfast buffet, great business room, they entire staff goes above and beyond. Location is perfectly located not too far from the center (which is way too crowded!). Would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel but need to rotate breakfast menu

Nice hotel staff very foot but if you stay more that two days breakfast gets stale and some items are not as good quality as you would expect
