Excellent hotel staff

Pros: The room was spacious and well laid-out.
The hotel staff were extraordinary proficient in responding to out requests. The concierge desk personnel were particularly effective.

Good location

Is a nice small hotel with a great location in madrid. Great service friendly staff. We stay there every time we are in madrid. Great price-quality hotel.

five stars, maybe.

Pros: The staff
Cons: The carpet needed cleaning
Location: Excelent location, metro station steps away.
This hotel is probably deserves the five star ranking if only because of the excelent care given by the entire staff. Why probably ? My room wa very cold during a cold spell and the heat did not function. The excelent staff members including Luis Gutierez sending a heater to warm the room. The tiny heater was to small do they sent another small heater. The room began to warm up but all the light went out, probably an overload. At all times the staff were attempting to make our stay comfortable. So, if these problems are not a common occurance than this hotel deserves its five stars. ( it would have been a nice touch if the hotel had waived an in room lunch (43 € )

Excellent hotel

Pros: Concierge/reception staff always friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Perfect location for metro and buses to get you to sights.
From moment of arrivIng at hotel to leaving could find nothing to fault. Deluxe room was spacious, facilities great and staff couldn't be more helpful.

Overpriced, but it is an OK hotel.

the deluxe room was small with no view on the 7th floor. the bed was OK. it shakes every time someone moves. The hotel is over priced in food and beverages. for a cappuccino it was 6 euros. it was the housekeeping was outstanding, but they only gave you 2-3 regular nespresso pods. Whenever you call guest services, you have to give them a room number indicating that their telephone system is outdated and resulted, at times, services sent to the wrong room. The TV was small with only one English speaking channel - BBC. The location - it's easy to get to via metro. It's in a nice neighborhood with lovely bars and restaurants. It's a nice location away from the center of Madrid, which is nice, but close enough to walk there within 20-30 mins.

Great stay, great pillows.

Location: Metro stop, bus stop and Hop on-Hop off bus practically at front door. Natural History Museum just across the street.
Convenient location. Attentive staff. Comfortable rooms with most comfortable pillows I've seen at a hotel.

Premium Hotel in good position

Pros: Excellent staff. Rooms cleaned very thoroughly. Very clean throughout.
Cons: Room Air Con unit was very noisy. Items in Mini-Bar were ridiculously expensive as was breakfast and evening meals.
Location: Excellent position.
Good position as right next to Metro station. Halfway between Bernabeau Stadium and City Centre.

Nothing special hotel well located

Cons: Rooms need refurbishment
The Hesperia Hotel is an OK hotel to spend a few days in madrid. I recommend this hotel if you get a good fare. Otherwise don’t spend too much money on it and look for other options. Location is quite good. Rooms are a bit outdated and a bit small.
