Like all big hotels, they feel like they are Elite and can charge ten times more for a beer than a local bar or restaurant. The staff even lied to me and said there were no dinning options close to the hotel. La Parada is a charming local restaurant that is located one block behind the hotel that offers local charm and amazingly good local food and Tapas. My sandwich was huge and delicious and the tapas was yummy. Beers are 1.50 not the 5.50 they charge in the hotel. I have never seen a hamburger as big as the one that they serve!

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction - even going so far as to bring my dad his forgotten passport to the airport terminal so we could catch our flight. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with many options geared to global travelers.

This is a stunning hotel, very well appointed on the inside. I do not normally stay at hotels of this caliber, but since my flight got cancelled, I wanted something close. The staff was very nice, and the room was perfect. The only complaint I have is how expensive the food in the restaurant is. My co-workers and I usually like to eat in the hotel restaurants and spend quite a bit of money. But since even the simple food was so expensive, we just got the basics and called it good.

Black white and glass...At times the room almost feels like a hall of mirrors / optical illusions...is it a glass door or an opening. black switches on black walls. Clean quiet and comfortable once you get adjusted to the decor. Not much in the area but convenient for having the shuttle to get to the airport.
