Well located and comfortable

The shower was not good for a five star The restaurant quality was non existent The reception staff were excellent The parking valet good but expensive Fridge well stocked but a little pricey A little too noisey at night due to near bars and clubs

Lovely cosy Hotel with attentive staff

Loved Madrid. Did several Free walking tours that were fun and informative Took a guide inside the Prado museum which made it much more fun and informative

Stylish comfort in excellent location, 5+ service!

I had a wonderful experience with the staff---Luis made everything stellar, Carmen too, Rosanna for massage was just wonderful! Delightful breakfast with great service. LOVED this hotel!

Good location

Hotel and staff are very friendly and in a safe part of Madrid. Unfortunately for our experience the house keeping let us down. The room was barely cleaned each day and was very dusty. We continuously had to ask for towels and they even forgot to provide bathrobes but did provide on request. We never once got the evening turned down service as they came at around 6 each time we were in our room changing but would never come back. I think they need to employe more staff as it seem one poor women was doing everything so no surprise there was a lack of attention to detail. The hotel also right next to Madrid main round about and bars are below which some people will find noisy.

Great Hotel, great location

Pros: The atmosphere; the staff; the location
Cons: The menu on the patio
Location: Easy walk downtown; close to museums, interesting neighbourhoods, shopping; park and restaurants
This hotel is perfectly situated for a stay in Madrid. It is within easy walking distance of museums, shopping and interesting neighbourhoods. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the rooms are beautifully appointed.

Staff was wonderful. Helpful and friendly. Breakfasts are first rate. Room was not provided with drawer storage or sufficient hook/shelf space in bathroom.

Very good location but not so comfortable.

Hotel is fine in general terms: staff is very kind and always looking to please your needs but they do not clean up the room services dishes two times (we have to request it). Room had a good size and bathroom is OK: a deep tube, separate shower, 2 separates sinks. But this suite did not have any drawers or shelves to store clothes so you must keep almost all your clothes into the bag! This was an issue during our 6 nights stay.

Over rated should be 3 -4 star

Not a 5 star very misleading. Lift is slow. Horrid gold key is heavy to enter your room. No lobby and dark dark dark. Looks good on pictures only.
