Excelente Hotel

Location: Es muy centrico, yo me hospede por la cercania de mis negocios, pero hay mucho que ver alrededor, se los recomiendo ampliamente
Es un hotel muy bonito, sus habitaciones muy comodas, la atencion del personal excelente, no dudaria regresar a este hotel, ya que se siente uno como en casa.

Great Hotel, great location

Cons: The menu on the patio
Location: Easy walk downtown; close to museums, interesting neighbourhoods, shopping; park and restaurants
This hotel is perfectly situated for a stay in Madrid. It is within easy walking distance of museums, shopping and interesting neighbourhoods. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the rooms are beautifully appointed.

Very good location but not so comfortable.

Hotel is fine in general terms: staff is very kind and always looking to please your needs but they do not clean up the room services dishes two times (we have to request it). Room had a good size and bathroom is OK: a deep tube, separate shower, 2 separates sinks. But this suite did not have any drawers or shelves to store clothes so you must keep almost all your clothes into the bag! This was an issue during our 6 nights stay.

Over rated should be 3 -4 star

Not a 5 star very misleading. Lift is slow. Horrid gold key is heavy to enter your room. No lobby and dark dark dark. Looks good on pictures only.

Good experience, excellent staff, Roberto from front desk went over my expectations to accomodate my needs. Good experience over all. Hotel is near to center of Madrid.

Very nice hotel, helpful staff, excellent location

Pros: All that is already mentioned plus the good breakfast
Cons: Noise insulation between rooms.
Location: Please see earlier: excellent location, right opposite the Retiro Park and at walking distance from all major sites.
It is a lovely boutique hotel, with well-appointed bedrooms, providing a professional service and extremely nice and helpful staff. In addition, the location is unbeatable as it offers very easy access to all the major sites: Retiro Park, Prado museum, the chic shopping area in Salamanca, the historic area, etc.

Great hotel to stay in Madrid

Great hotel as a base for exploring central Madrid whatever your interests. Friendly and attentive staff. Lovely, large rooms. Breakfast is mainly buffet style and meets basic needs.

Not so nice

The lift was very old & slow ,my bag got robbed in a pub near by & looking for the police station was a night mare. The showe had a smell of sewage from it.we got charged mad money for the breakfast & our stay worked out at €749 which was a lot more than €612 as quoted bot even without the 2 days breakfast it worked out more expensive
