The staff is wonderful!! Terrible Wi-Fi constant reconnection constant constant!! Showerheads need to be redone water comes out and very dangerous you can slip! Hotel needs a makeover!

The hotel staff was amazing. The front desk was exceptional. I had problems with my room at first but the service provided by DiDi was amazing. Didi represented the hotel with excellence. I will stay there again because of the service I was given.

Not really a 4 star hotel.
Rundown, worn-out building with equally terrible furniture. The neighborhood is not very nice either.

Check in and out was quick and easy. They also held our bags for us after check out so we could do some sightseeing before leaving town. It’s right by the train station for easy access to Madrid, and also to the main shopping area in town. It’s easy to walk to restaurants in the area. The breakfast was great.

Was fine overall, not many bathroom amenities and the food wasn’t the best but everyone was kind and helpful.

Great hotel
Fantastic location especially End of November with the wonderful Christmas theme in Torrejon. Very clean hotel, friendly staff who are willing to help anyway they can. Would definetely stay again. We had a lovely family trip from UK

My family arrived around 11 pm and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. It took less than 10 minutes to get our room key and settled in our amazing room. We did find that the floor in a certain area to be slightly squeaky. However, it was an overnight stay so it wasn't too much of a deal. We slept well.

The only problem was the fridge. It wasnt cold enough to keep the food cool.

Airport shuttle service deceiving .. I could Uber cheaper than taking an airport shuttle and could not even book an adequate time for shuttle 8 am full so they told me I’d have to do 6:30 am with others.. and even though less than 4 passengers, still was going to charge per room.. seems quite inadequate on customer service when advertising near airport

Hotel was nice and clean. When going to wander in the neighborhood, your Spanish language has to be good to communicate. Practically no one spoke English. This area was kind of an industrial area away from Madrid center but close enough to the airport.

No transfer from airport, if layover stay away!
Picked this hotel because they claimed to have a transfer service from the airport, but ignored messages from hotels.com and emails. When calling they said that the transfer ended at 1900. Ended up paying more for a taxi there than what I normally pay to go to the city center:(.

Air conditioning doesn't work and they charge you the transfer to the airport that costs 20 Euros. The Uber is about 16 Euros.

Great hotel in a good worth recommending anyday
We enjoyed our stay therein. The room was very clean and spacious for family. The staffs were very hospitable and helpful. I would recommend that hotel to anyone anyday. Unfortunately, we forgot to drop the room key card when we left Madrid. I discovered that when we arrived in Paris and I hope to contact them and find a way to send it to them.

Front desk workers were not helpful.they could be friendlier...if you are an American please bring an adapter to fit European outlets to charge your phone...front desk had no adapters. Shuttle bus parked in front of hotel and does not operate on weekends...do not understand why? Also the front entrance is not handicap accessible...you need to walk up stairs with luggage. Wait time to check in to the hotel took too long....only 1 person checking people in...while another worker stood there. Wifi was great...restaurant looked good ...nice vibe....great location for a train ride to central madrid...about 35 to 40 minutes....not a 4 star hotel....2.5 to 3 stars.

The staff is not very polite, and don’t care about the guest, at least that was my perception when i got there with a baby girl, wife and mother plus our luggage. I was there with 3 females plenty of bags and they didn’t offered any help with the bags, didn’t offered a crib for the baby as they advertised when you’re booking,not even a microwave in the room so i could warm up my baby’s bottle, the room looked clean but the hallways smell really bad and the elevator is very small, they also offer free airport transportation but oly Monday to Friday from 7:00 till like 10:00 pm they don’t work on weekends totally inconvenient. It was a very poor service overall, i was not happy with this hotel and definitely will not recomend ot to anybody.

Located literally next door to the Renfe train station! Also, there is a taxi station on the opposite corner. Hotel cafe food is just okay but low, non-tourist prices and indoor/outdoor seating and full bar.

I stayed for the first time in Hotel Asset Torrejón. The location is far from Madrid but the train station is right next door which is very convenient. The hotel has good amenities and the parking is onsite. There is a good cafe across the street. The room was clean and although it was chilly outside I wish they didn’t have the heaters on in the bedrooms. We have to turn off the heater and sleep with the windows open. Overall it was a great experience.

Good, clean hotel. Very well connected to the airport and to Madrid. On the down side the wi-fi was not very good. There were some roadworks very close but by now I know I have to have earplugs with me every time I travel, so didn't bother me much.

Not bad....just no airport shuttle like promised.
It was BS that they say they have an airport shuttle, but then it costs 18 Euro each trip. Ok, I can live with that, but you need to book it and they don't share rides. So if you are the only person wanting to go to the airport you can't share it with another despite the shuttle having more than 9 seats... The restaurants were closed for the night when I arrived there and had to go across the street in order to eat, but it's ok I speak a little Spanish and the restaurant employees spoke a little English so it was cool.
