This is a very nice hotel just one metro stop from Chamartín train station. Metro station Plaza de Castilla is a few steps from the hotel, which is very convenient to get around Madrid. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Nice hotel located just in front of Plaza Castilla subway station. Friendly staff at lobby. Clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient underground parking lot.

Location is great - just next to metro station, short ride from the airport. The area around is very pleasant with lots of restaurants. When I checked in the room was not fully cleaned

We had a family room and felt it was good value for money, there is a Metro stop right outside the hotel so it was extremely hand to travel to other destination

Pros: The hotel was very clean and the staff is very attentive. The attendant showed us herself to our room. They also deliver breakfast (warm croissants and juice and coffee) right to your door. Cons: very noisy (our room was on the street side though); the tiny elevator barely fits 2 people with luggage and reception is on the 5th floor; and the shower is very tiny and enclosed with no shelves to put your toiletries. Overall, we had a good experience and would choose to stay there again.
