Extremely bad management skills. The hotel is being offered as a 5 -star property when in fact it is only 3 stars: Breakfast is terribly administered, DO NOT book breakfast in advance. There was no one to take my order. They apologized and offered room service; but still, unacceptable for something they call 5 stars. Additionally, people at check in are not genuinely friendly. The first thing they asked me was if I wanted to pay 70€ extra per night to have a better view. They did not even consider the fact that I had Expedia VIP Access benefits. NOT GOING BACK. Superficial and badly administered property.

New hotel close to elegant shops and restaurants
The hotel seems to be new but it looks like if they forced a hotel into an old apartments building so the adaptation is a little awkward. The bathrooms are very modern but the designer thought more in the esthetics than in functionality,
