Cons: A little more friendly attention by the front desk staff
Location: Visti Plaza Mayor, take hop on - hop off tour of Madrid, if you have limited time. Go to king's palace, to the temple...
It is close to a lot of popular areas, plaza mayor, la latina, king's palace... If you like getting to places by walking this is the place for you. It is away from noise, away from a busy main street, but very covenie t location, otherwise. My husband and I walked everywhere, even to the Atocha station to get our tickets to Sevilla..

Perfect Madrid LocationPosted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: Location was the best - one block from Gran Via, one block from El Cortes Ingles and right in the middle of all pedestrian only streets.
Cons: Everything was fine.
Location: Located right on one of many pedestrian only streets that will quickly take you to Puerta del Sol or Plaza Mayor.
Beautiful hotel on Plaza San Martin - we walked to all major sights and plazas. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby including the El Cortes Ingles department store with a huge supermarket in its basement. Our room was comfortable and spacious with high ceilings and clean updated bathroom. We visited in July and it was extremely hot and there was never an issue with air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Grazioso hotel accanto a plaza del solPosted Aug 2, 2015
L'albergo si trova a pochi passi dalla centralissima plaza del sol, a fianco del monastero reale delle Carmelitane scalze. Stanza confortevole e spaziosa.

Excellent hotel in the heart of MadridPosted Jul 23, 2015
This hotel is at the heart of the city of Madrid but just out the way of the traffic and the noise. It's what I chose to call a hidden gem. Excellent facilities and staff. Fantastic restaurant. The fact that I am already looking to book again for next year should tell you all you need to know. I have no problem recommending this fantastic hotel to any traveller looking to stay in central Madrid. Oh and it's fantastic value for money too 😉
