Beautiful property and lovely rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great little hole-in-the wall diner right down the street; grocery store down the block; walking trail also close. A large mall is about a 20 minute walk away. This is in a suburb of Madrid; the city center is probably a 25 minute drive; but if you want a quieter atmosphere, I’d recommend this place. There is also an airport shuttle available, although we did not need to use it.

All staff were very helpful and courteous. Great airport shuttle service. Room was very clean. Easy walk to Metro. Room should have come with instructions on how to turn down volume on tv, especially speaker from bathroom ( found out last day of stay). Hint..turn off switch in sink area underneath face mirror.
