Very well located and lovely place in Madrid, a little bit noise because of the location in front of Atocha station. Very convenience for tourism and for first time visitors to Madrid.

Absolutely nothing fancy, nice and clean, very close to train station, access to many transportation lines and routes, good places to eat around it

The room was bare bones and ugly. No art on the walls and harsh lighting. It overlooked the square of the Renia Sofia, and was noisy. The staff at check in were rude, and ignored me, making me wait when there were two on them and only one person in front of me checking in. They sat and stared at me.

This hotel is old and the rooms and facilities are basic. It is a place to stay to be walkable to the main train station in Madrid and as it is cheaper than the other hotels near the station. That being said everthing we had no expectations but do note that you will hear sounds from hallway and neighboring rooms.
