The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice but I think a bit overpriced for what you get. The biggest flaw was the cleaning service, they told me they could only change the blankets every 4 days and there was always a pretext when I ask them to clean the floor or the room properly. it was a nice room and again the staff was really nice.

Dear Bernadette,We are very surprised about your comments about cleanliness, since in your stay of more than a week, we change the sheets every day at your request, except for the last day, explaining that for environmental reasons and company policy, the change of sheets is done every 3 days, not 4. Likewise, our housekeeping department cleans your room 2 times a day at your request without any extra cost.Kind regards,

En el momento de la entrada una calurosa bienvenida por parte del personal de recepción. Muy notable atención en todo momento sin olvidarme del personal de limpieza que fueron atentos a cualquier mínimo complemento que faltará en la habitación. Muy agradecido por todo los detalles de todo el hotel.

La verdad que no muy bien, ya que en la reserva se pidió expresamente una cama de matrimonio, y nos encontramos con dos camas pequeñas pegadas pero aún así no teníamos problema hasta ver que las camas son simper incomodas y se van a un lado y a otro por las ruedas. La tele sin conexión. Y lo peor de todo la nevera calienta en vez de enfriar
