by Jonathan Stone from Quiet & safe but Madrid is really safe in general. Close to metro & there's a bus line right in front of the hotel.
Hotel Feria in Madrid.Posted Jul 10, 2017 on Hotels
Nice place. I don't believe it has any actual suites though. In the US, a hotel suite has more square footage for a sitting/leisure area. Nothing like that here but maybe it has a different meaning in Europe. The hotel was undergoing a big transition during my stay. Once the new restaurant is operating, it could be a 3.5 or 4 star hotel, at the moment it's between 2.5 & 3 star.

Dear customer, we regret your bad experience, we take note of all that tells us that each Department can fix it. Ask for apologies. The restaurant had closed 2 weeks of reform to improve it and because this open and much better than before a cordial greeting. Rreception Department

Helpful and nice staff.Posted May 24, 2017 on Hotels
Location is great, the staff is so nice and helpful. We had a problem with our room (the AC smelled, and they changed us to a very nice apartment on the top floor. The breakfast was very good. I forgot my recharger and They kept it for me until I picked it up. Very honest, lots of smiles. Perfect location close to the metro. Hopefully they will change the air conditioner filter. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear next door or the people passing in the hall. I wish some of the young guests were a bit more conscious of the noise and the time. Not the hotels fault, they are very nice and helpful, honest people. Oh, they give you two water bottles free per day and you can park for free in the streets around the hotel if you find space.

Centrally located between airport and downtown.Posted May 20, 2017
Clean, comfortable, friendly. A bit loud on weekend nights as its close to a bar but I slept through it. I'd stay there again as its 22mins to airport and equally to downtown.

Nice Hotel near Metro station.Posted Apr 11, 2017
Good hotel. Near to airport and very near to Metro station (around 40 meters). From airpot to hotel by UBER around euro 20. Metro fees only euro 1.50 per trip per person.

Hotel located quite a distance from Central MadridPosted Aug 26, 2016
Pros: Elevator for my elderly parents helped a lot. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Wifi connection was great.
Cons: Food at the restaurant could use a lot less salt.
Location: Nothing to do nearby as hotel is located quite a distance from central Madrid. There were restaurants a few blocks away, but didn't explore any.
Lobby is very small and tight, but the hotel staff (from the front desk personnel, to housekeeping staff and that of the restaurant/bar) were all very very nice and helpful. English was spoken by front desk staff and were very helpful with all my requests, questions, etc. The hotel is very quiet. Hotel was kept clean and its surroundings were kept very clean as well. The food at the restaurant was a bit too salty for our palate, but very reasonable considering the amount of food you get. I just wished this hotel was located in Central Madrid. But neighborhood of hotel was very safe and we all felt secure at all times.

Excellent stayPosted Jul 25, 2016 on Hotels
This is a hidden treasure in Feria de Madrid area. The room was very comfortable and clean; the staff very friendly and efficient. The cafe on location is definitely a plus. The location is in the heart of many eateries and a shopping center. It is also minutes away from the airport, & near public transportation to get you to the center of Madrid quickly.
