The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful with making suggestions and reservations. The hotel was stylish, quiet and luxe!
Excellent services, good food and location
The location is wonderful, right in the middle of a high-end shopping district. The hotel has great amenities and the staff went out of their way to make the stay perfect. The bathroom was gorgeous...we stayed in a junior suite. The breakfast was remarkable. A lovely, full-blown spread in a beautiful indoor/outdoor space. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the bed was way too firm. It must be a common complaint because they immediately offered a pillow-top that housekeeping put on. But I understand they will be getting new beds this month--Aug 2019--so that may not be an issue anymore. The other thing was only slanted ceiling windows in the suite...no side windows...which I prefer. But they do have some rooms with regular side wall windows. Because they are partners with the Principal Hotel, they have a van which we got to take advantage of on one occasion. And again, the staff went out of their way to make the stay right...we changed rooms twice! It's a smaller boutique hotel, not a grand hotel, but again...great location.
