Not a four star hotel, more like a cheap motel

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything. Matresses, sound, a computer, access to the front desk from the room, better food
Location: Nothing to do, it is only convenient if you need to catch a train as it is on the train station
This is not a four star hotel. The matresses are old and umfortable and the wires get into your ribs as you move. The walls are paper thin. We heard the guy next to us snoring, taking a shower and talking and the lady upstairs walking in heals for hours. There is NO WAY to get in contact with the main desk at any time. A recording puts you in hold you if you have any questions you must grab the elevator and go downstairs. I have the front desk my card to make some calls since it was imposible to do so from the room using the directions they provided. This never worked either. I had to go to a payphone nearby. The food in the cafeteria was served cold and there is not one computer to check your email if your phone is out of service, they dont have one. The cheapest motel has a computer for quests. This was a dissapointment and a rip off, we felt cheated.

Although this hotel is right at the big Chamartin Train Station it is very quiet and clean. The entrance is actually within the parking structure! Breakfast is exceptional and the staff very helpful.

Es un hotel muy cómodo pues se encuentra en la misma estación Chamartin, con acceso directo al Metro y a la red de ferrocarril que incluye uno directo al aeropuerto de Barajas. Buenas habitaciones y relación costo-calidad.

Nice hotel with great location

Pros: The location, next to metro and RENFE stations. Very clean.
We spent a week at this hotel (2 adults and 2 teenagers), we were placed in a Family room (two rooms with very comfortable beds, two bathrooms, very clean and plenty of room). The location is great and the staff is courteous and always willing to help. The hotel is just next to the Chamartin train station and the metro station. A good advice is to use the train (Cercanias RENFE) instead of metro to go to the city center. Using the metro to Sol station is about half an hour, but if you use RENFE you will be there in less than 10 minutes and it is less crowded. We also went to Paseo la Castellana and El Retiro using RENFE to Recoletos and Atocha stations and again less than ten minutes to get there. At the RENFE and metro stations you also have a variety of coffee shops and a few little stores. We can recommend this hotel as a convenient option to visit Madrid.

Convenient Stay

Had a convenient stay as the purpose was business and was arriving late in the evening from Düsseldorf and had to catch a morning train at 7.45AM. The Chamartin station from where I took a fast train to Palencia was across the road. Good breakfast, though starts only at 7.00 AM. 6.30 AM would have been preferable. No good restaurants nearby. Fast food joints, yes.

駅の真上のロケーションは、とても便利。ちょっとした買い物も駅内のお店で済ませられるし、METRO、RENFEの乗り継ぎには至便。

Sehr schlechte Organisation. Habe eine Zimmer No 103 gehabt und Leute waren in Zimmer am schlaffen !!!! Habe diese Situation am erstes mal erlebt, wie peinlich oder ? Musste mit meine Koffern nochmal runten gehen und nochmal 20 min. warten bis ich das erklären konnte. Sehr schlechte Servicequalität..werde nie wieder dieser Hotel buchen!!!
