Perfect location and excellent checking in service it was quick and I had someone help me with my big suitcase to my room. Balcony, spacious room,clean, comfy bed. Also I was pleasantly surprised by room service employee bring a bottle of sparkling wine!

The property is conveniently located on Gran Via (between Prado and Plaza Del Sol). Walkable to both locations. We had a large room and it was very comfortable, however there was not enough lighting once the sun goes down. Without natural light the room seems dark. Also the bed headrest was not attached to the bed and when my husband wanted to sit up in bed, it would pull away from the unattached headrest and roll. Not ideal. The pillows and linen were very comfortable. Also very noisy and if you plan to have the window open you wont sleep facing Gran Via. Closing the windows was fine. The walls are thin and one can hear the neighbors next door.

Location is good No VIP Access benefit. Also, I was charged 4€ after checkout even I have informed the front disc that I did not use the minebar at all.
