Cool historic remodeled property. Very well kept, comfy beds. The VIP lounge is worth the upgrade.

The staff at Reception and especially in the bar and dining room were just terrific and made our stay. They remembered our name and could not have been more friendly, welcoming and been better hosts.

Very good hotel, I have stayed here many times and will continue to consider it . The staff is amazing and on top of making sure you get the best of your stay . The condition of some rooms is better than others though .

Perfect area to walk around to enjoy the mix of historial architture and modern. There are plently of great restaurants and shopping to enjoy. The business lounge is the way to go.

The hotel is very dated and the bedrooms were very hit and stuffy with poor air conditioning.

From 20 years I’ve been a guest. Intercontinental Madrid has a overall ambiance that enchants me. The concierge Alfredo I think reserved me a place extra at the Corral de la Moreria another must to go in Madrid.
