I did not have a positive experience at this hotel. I found the staff to be extremely rude and cold. Part of the reason I chose this hotel was because of the good reviews and because there was an included breakfast. We were traveling on a budget so this seemed ideal. When I checked in I was told that it wasn’t included, which is fine obviously there was a miscommunication with the booking site. But the way I was told was rude and unapologetic. I wasn’t expecting special treatment, but a simple “I apologize there must’ve been a miscommunication” goes a long way. I was made to feel like an annoyance when I was very friendly to them. I honestly felt that way every time I interacted with the staff, with both the front desk and the woman monitoring the breakfast (after paying for it). I am not usually one to write a negative review, but I just had such a negative experience from the moment I walked in the door to when I left. I felt very unwelcome. Especially being my first trip to Madrid, it was saddening to have it start off with an unwelcoming feeling that lasted my whole stay. Even though it was extremely clean and quiet, given my experience I would never recommend this hotel.

It was a very nice hotel with great service. The only complaint I would have is that I requested a room with a double bed and got two twin beds pushed together instead. The beds kept moving apart when I slept on them and I would have preferred they told me there was no double beds available and I would've been fine with a twin.

Cleaning staff was superb. Friendly, fast and efficient. Now front desk was not up to par. Rude in every way, not helpful in any way. Front desk employees always seemed to be on a smoking break Accounting made a mistake and charged us an increased amount for extra bed but they quickly responded to correct it

Top floor great room good a/c. Separate bathroom off lobby and balcony with table and chairs. Bar not open but Bar/cafe across the road so no problem. Recommend the best rooms on the top floor. Will stay again.

Cozy neighborhood hotel.
Lovely hotel close to my family. Unfortunately the street noise from late night bars, dumpsters and early morning trash pkup make sleeping with the window open very difficult the size of the rooms are a bit cramped.

Love this hotel!
Conveniently located in a great part of Madrid, the Leonardo Boutique hotel offered even more than expected. The room was clean, comfortable, and modernized with all the latest amenities. The shower was my favorite part of the bath area. Being well over 6 feet tall, I usually have to scrunch down to get under the shower head at most places. But the Leonardo’s adjusted above my head for an invigorating rain shower. I was most pleased with my stay and would highly recommend the Leonardo Boutique to any of my friends visiting Madrid.

It is a petite cute hotel but certainly not for longer stays beyond 2 nights due to the size of the rooms. Excellent staff service and impolute facilities though. Perfect for a short business trip.

It is clean an central. In the light of COVID19 and to avoid the risk of contagion, We have walked to all Places of interest from the hotel including: Retiro, Plaza España, Sabatini Gardens, Gran Via, Mercado San Miguel and others.
