Luxury Suites lives up to its name.

Posted Dec 10, 2016
Pros: Living quarters were outstanding
Cons: Not much...
Location: All major attractions are 10-30 minutes walking. Botanical gardens + Park Retiro + Prado art museum + Royal Palace plus more...
It's rare to find true comfort in European accommodations for families of 3 or 4, but here Luxury Suites excels with 2 full BR's, 2 full baths, sitting area and kitchen - these are clearly nice former apartments. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location of Luxury suites places you only a few hundred meters walking to Park Retiro (think of this as Madrid's Grand Central park) in one direction and then connecting to a starting point of Grand Via, where all people and retail, restaurant action is afforded you. Will definitely stay here on any return trip!

Fabulous stay in Madrid!

Posted Nov 6, 2016
Location: Location is great - close to all the good stuff!
We had a one bedroom apartment hence ample room to be comfortable for a week's stay. Bathroom facilities very good with quality toiletries provided. Kitchen was small but very adequate - hooked now on Nespresso coffeemaker! We had an issue with the washing machine leaking water which was repaired immediately. The hotel is on a busy street so very noisy if the doors are open however, when closed, it is perfectly quiet. The front desk staff were so good, helping in all ways possible. Hats off to David in particular for helping to make our stay so enjoyable!

overall room was nice size but still expensive; wifi terrible; noisy rooms above due to early start of cleaning crew every day; noisy from outside street; breakfast very low value; cold eggs, same thing every day.

Great service, spacious suites, great location

We were upgraded to a huge Master suite. Extremely spacious! Staff was super friendly and helpful. We arrived to Madrid early morning and had room available for us by 10am. Beds and bathrooms were very spacious and comfortable. 10 min walk from Sol and central attractions. 5 min drive from Train station. Elevator a bit small, mainly because in older building.

Excellent location and friendly staff

Our stay at Luxury Suites in Madrid was excellent. We felt at home. The location is perfect as it is close to many tourist sights such El Retiro, Plaza de Cibeles, Puerta de Alcala, etc. Additionally and most importantly, the place was very clean and comfortable with a very professional and friendly staff who was always attentive to our needs.

Mixed bag experience in a nice location.

Posted Sep 6, 2016 on Hotels
The location of this hotel is excellent, and for the price, you get a lot of square footage and the feel of staying in an apartment instead of just a hotel room. However, while the room was very clean and nicely decorated, the building itself was suffering from some neglect; there were several small things that in total added up to an obvious repair issue (the glass back splash above the kitchen counter in my room was cracked and there was a "due for repairs" sign taped to it; there was also plaster work that needed repairing around door jambs and walls leading into the room, making the place look more rundown that you would have expected). Also, the hotel advertises a roof-top deck and bar with great views, but this was closed while I was there, negating one of the obvious attractions of the property. Finally, the staff of the hotel was minimal. I saw a couple of maids at one point and my room was thoroughly cleaned in my absence, but other than that the only person I saw and interacted with was the one person serving double duty as both doorman and reception. I will say, however, that he was extremely friendly and made my stay at Luxury Suites a lot better than my previous one at the nearby Petite Palace Savoy Alfonso XII whose reception staff was nothing short of terrible.
