The shuttle driver on 5/27/23 (7:30 am) was very rude, yelling at passengers because he was not attentive to see how many people he could take, it looks like he doesn’t like to do his job. He needs to be more polite and respectful

Long line for check in every time we entered lobby. Buffet Restaurant greeter somewhat rude. Walked to higher star hotel at end of street for a much better experience. There is an abandoned building opposite hotel with graffiti, but felt safe walking down street because of circling and stationary police cars. That building obviously attracts vagrants. Definately a 2 star experience. Dried faeces on shower towel is definately a lack of quality control. Hard to return because of that. Beds are low quality. Can feel steel framework. A low end hotel.

We had a relaxing visit to this property between our flights. The breakfast and transportation were excellent. I would book again for a 1-2 days.

The hotel lobby was clean and inviting, along with the room itself. Other than that, the restaurant only served a limited buffet. Advertising was misleading for providing ground transportation to the airport. Also misleading was the store itself had only a handful of items. The hotel itself was located in a residential housing complex in a questionable area of Madrid that was deteriorating and dirty. Will not be returning.

Customer service was poor, the hotel looks like a badly converted office building, cheap furnishings Poorly decorated, over all defiantly not worth the money. Couldn’t find the airport transfer to get there had to get a taxi, when we saw the vehicle the next day I realised no one would see it even if it was right infront of them as the sign was so small on the front of the car it would be impossible.

The room we received was different from the photos online. The third bed was a cot with a very thin uncomfortable mattress. The room heat did not work well and the window was cold and drafty. The outlets were not conveniently places for charging phones overnight. The room was clean and the desk staff were very nice.
