Close to Madrid centre and easy access to all area

A very enjoyable stay. Staff were really helpful on arrival after 8pm.

The checkin was a problem as no one was there when we arrived. The reception is open for limited time. Rooms are nice. Its like a fully furnished house. Bedroom is too small.

Good condition but rubbish wifi

The free wifi was rubbish as it seemed to disappeared in the evening til the morning. The tv channels were all in Spanish.

Perfect for a short stay.

It would be a little too crammed for 8 people but more than okay for a short stay. No black out blinds in the front room. The room provides you with a kettle and iron board which was handy. There was a coffee filter but no filter and the iron board is a small one that you lay on the floor or on table. There were 11 plug sockets in each room which was great. The staff was very helpful. The apartment was very clean.

Comfortable room

While this place was centrally located to places we wanted to see, it was hot at night as it had poor air circulation. Also, for us, it was noisy as the people above us went to bed much later than we did. When making the reservation, I was under the impression the room only slept 2 people. It turned out that there is a single bed near the door and the sofa has a hide-a-bed; so, instead of renting another room for my mom, she could have slept on the single bed. They did provide hand soap, but no shampoo, conditioner, or moisturizer. Last of all, the lock was different. There was no knob or handle inside the rooms on the door going to the hallway. The only way to open the door from the inside seems to be by unlocking it with the key, which seems to me it could be troublesome if there was a fire.

OK stay

Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Some small fixes here and there will definitely make this place a 4.5 stars
Location: Awesome and close to museums, metro, public transportation, royal palace and many great restaurants and squares.
The place is not bad overall; I rate it 3.5 stars max. Here are the good and bad: Good: 1. Location is great; very central and close to everything 2. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We got in early and they took care of our luggage until check in time, while we were touring the city 3. Apartment is big enough to accommodate 5 people Bad: 1. Not enough hot water. If you want to take a shower the hot water tank is enough for 3 people only. Plan to take showers in separate times 2. Internet is bad and very flaky 3. It could be cleaner a bit

Reasonable apartment at reasonable cost

We got the three bedroom apartment. It had limited air-conditioning that was challenging in the summer heat. They tried to assist with extra fan and covering windows which made it a bit dark and gloomy. Other guests with smaller apartments were fine. Staff was helpful and location was close to attractions.

Great choice for family apartment in madrid

Nice large duplex apartment for family of 5. Clean. Great service from staff but definitely feels like you are immersed into Madrid neighborhood living. Very happy to have chosen this spot. Great local bars and markets. Not far of a walk to puerto del sol. Lovely.
