While this place was centrally located to places we wanted to see, it was hot at night as it had poor air circulation. Also, for us, it was noisy as the people above us went to bed much later than we did.
When making the reservation, I was under the impression the room only slept 2 people. It turned out that there is a single bed near the door and the sofa has a hide-a-bed; so, instead of renting another room for my mom, she could have slept on the single bed.
They did provide hand soap, but no shampoo, conditioner, or moisturizer.
Last of all, the lock was different. There was no knob or handle inside the rooms on the door going to the hallway. The only way to open the door from the inside seems to be by unlocking it with the key, which seems to me it could be troublesome if there was a fire.
