All the comforts a great price

The hotel lobby is spacious and lively with a variety of bars and lounges. The restaurant downstairs is wonderful and gave me a discount for hotel guests. The rooms are very comfortable although a bit of sound does carry from next door. There is no reason to pay more to stay somewhere else; the metro is great in Madrid and you can be downtown in about fifteen minutes.

Great conference hotel

Pros: cordialità, camera eccellenti comode luminosa, bagno grande e attrezzato, colazione a buffet eccellente,
Cons: Non ho trovato nulla che non mi piaceva la camera andava bene il personale bravi e disponibile,
Location: Non centralissima ma collegata bene con i servizi pubblici

Enjoyable stay

Pros: Outside terrace and bar area.
Cons: Lighting in room and very miserly approach to coffee, milk etc in the room!
Location: Not in the historic tourist area but very close to Bernabeu stadium and plenty of good bars and restaurants around - Spanish, French, Argentinean, eve
Always enjoyable to stay at this hotel, although bar prices even higher at current euro rates! Excellent bars and restaurants all around though, so it's not a big deal. We were upgraded on arrival - comfortable large room, although lighting could be better. Bottle of champagne on my birthday was greatly appreciated! Cuzco Metro just 10 minutes walk and there are always taxis outside. Will definitely return!

Great Hotel but frustrated...

Pros: Everything except unexpected breakfast charges...
Cons: Unauthorized charges to my room
Location: Beautiful City and Hotel!
Beautiful Impressive Hotel, Great Accommodations, Great Staff however all the good is forgotten when you check out and have breakfast charges you did not do! Talked w/ Expedia several times who talked with the Hotel... Still no reimbursement... Lesson learned always monitor your room charges.

Schönes Hotel aber rd 40 Min METRO Fährt vom aZent

Pros: Das Frühstücksbuffet, nettes Personal, sauber, ruhig. Gute Anbindung ans Metronetz
Cons: Ist auch ein Tagungshotel mit entsprechenden Publikum

Excellent hotel close to Bernabéu Stadium

The hotel is excellent. The room was outstanding and the staff excellent. It is close to the Bernabéu football stadium and Metro station. My only negative is that the water and coffee facilities in the room were not replenished.

the peope in this hotel will do almost anything for you the area has some small shops and restaurants it is a short walk to anything you may need pharmacy ,food
