Best Location, Can't Get Better!!!!Posted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: Location, Mostly!
Cons: The bed mattress is too firm
Location: Everything is near by!! go to Casa Patas for Flamenco show which about one minute walk from the hotel.
Took us about a day and a half to understand that all the action in Madrid is on the other side of the hotel LOL... Great Great Great Location!! I think it is the most important thing when you book a hotel in a foreign country. I would go back there if I happened to be in Madrid again!

Well appointed hotel in a fabulous locationPosted Aug 17, 2015
We were quite busy, but enjoyed the hotel for the limited time we were there. We lived how the sleeping area was quite dark and the small gym was quite good.

Best hotel of 4 stayed at on this Spanish holiday!Posted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: Large rooms, location, and great breakfast buffet.
Cons: Not a single thing!
Location: Metro is near, but walking distance to many attractions makes this a wonderful stay.
Wonderfully sized rooms which are quietly air conditioned, no noise, gentle temperature, clean, friendly and helpful staff. In the middle of wonderful restaurant area and within walking distance of almost everything you wish to visit on the top 10 list. Yes, I will stay here again! On this trip to four cities, I stayed at four properties of which two were in Madrid. This place blew the socks off the Melia Princesa.

Best in madrid.Posted Jul 20, 2015
I came from America. I am used to coffeemakers in the room. This is the only hotel in all of my trip around spain that had this small but so important amenity. Lovely hotel and very centralized!

Location!Posted Jul 13, 2015
Perfectly located, comfortable. With the exception of the desk staff we got (likely learning) all others were nice and helpful The personnel doing our rooms were polite, attentive and at your service. breakfast was first class, with great variety. Worth the $. Cons: junior suites or suites with 2 levels are not convenient. It gets hot on the top level (where we slept) and the air conditioning setting kept getting back to default which meant not being cool at night. The reataurant is dead at night and a couple of occasions with noone to greet you. No terrace available but then again you dont really need one as you have hundreds within a feets.

Visit to Madrid.Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: The staff, the location, the building could not be faulted.
Cons: Nothing loved every minute of the stay.
Location: The Squares are beautiful, there's great food and drink and the galleries are fabulous.
I loved every minute of my stay in Madrid. I found the hotel to be fabulous, the food and drink are spectacular, the history of the city and its architecture is breathtaking and the galleries out of this world. Plus being a football fan the tours of the grds are great. Even the none football fan in the group found them fascinating. I would recommend this city and the hotel to all.

Great location & perfect air conditioningPosted Jul 7, 2015
Pros: Location, staff helpfulness, temperature, shower, bath robe & slippers
Cons: The plug socket next to my bed didn't work. I mentioned it to reception on the first day & it wasn't sorted out. Think it should've been in a 5 star.
Location: Pretty square with lots of cafes & bars. Easy to walk to all the main sites.
Lovely hotel next to a pretty square. The air conditioning was really quiet & the perfect temperature. Room was a good size with a powerful shower.
