Metro station not too far away. Grocery store close in case you need some quick items. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment. Room was nice.

Restaurant staff rude and slow, food was raw (chicken) we booked this hotel to use the pool in the afternnons after sightseeing etc only to be told initallay that the pool was closed due to the bad weather (bright sunny days) then to be told that the pool closed on the 12th September as it does every year - we were not made aware of this when we booked some months ago.

We had a pleasant stay! We loved the buffet that they offered for breakfast! If you are coming to Madrid I recommend this hotel.

Perfect room for our family of 4. Having one bathroom and a powder room was a great surprise. Also, probably one of the best and most complete breakfast that I’ve ever had at an hotel.

Service was excellent, very clean everywhere, nightly entertainment gave an excuse to mingle with others over drinks. All inclusive resorts will always have inferior food to restaurant dining, but there were lots of options here and the quality was very good. Everything about the place was excellent or very good except the coffee which was a sub par Nescafe instant coffee mix, and the bed was harder than I'm used to. Loved my 5 nights here, would highly recommend.

Phenomenal experience
We loved our experience here. The apartment was beautiful and in a very central location. Service was impeccable. They really care for people. The pool was perfect for our kids. Not too deep (4 ft maximum), so great for kids and adults to have a drink and enjoy the panoramic views of Madrid. We were there during Pride Week so it was unusually busy and that made the experience even better. My spouse left her dress in the apartment and the hotel texted us after check out and we picked it up on our way back to Madrid. If you’re looking for a quiet time, this is not the place. It is a very happening place with caring staff. Very LGBTQ+ friendly hotel.

Comfortable clean hotel. Rooms were good and the staff were lovely. A few things I found irritating were the room key cards would stop working every day so you would have to get another card and also the fact that they change bar prices. We bought a coke during the day and it was E2.50 but when we bought one at night it was E3.50. How is that fair? The bus stop was right outside the hotel but it was a 20-25 minute drive into the city so not the best location but again staff were lovely and they have a pool which is a bonus in such a hot city. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location for a quick visit to Madrid and needing to get to the airport. The surrounding area is residential but still has a few good restaurants tucked away. Was walkable to the metro to get to Puerta Del Sol.

Overall we had a good stay. We arrived early and thought we could be given a room by midday but had to wait until 3pm in the lobby. Nice room though and lovely guys at reception.

Great hotel. It was my second time there and combined I spent over 15 days. I love the fact the surroundings aren’t too touristy but instead a lovely traditional local home neighbourhood. It was just a shame that the hotel was so crowded this time around. Difficult to use the pool and impractical to take the lifts.
